Installs-R-Us

Technician arrived at approximately 7:00 pm (2 hours after the window).  Install was fine but he could not haul TV away without help.  He promised to do so the next day, and left a business card and 2 phone numbers.  He was a no show and did not call the next day.  Phone numbers reached full in-boxes, so we could not even leave a message.  When my wife finally called the owner on Friday, she was told they were not coming back.  Sam's club has rescheduled the pick up by someone else for next week.

He is exceptionally talented and hardworking. My wife was comfortable being in the house with him. He is very straight forward and gives you options on his recommendations. I was so impressed by his demeanor, candor and overall very professional. He really knows what he is doing. We later had to buy more equipment for the install from HH Gregg. He offered to go buy it and get what we needed for us. If you need a competent company to do home electronic installations, he is your man! He is someone I really trust.

Worked very quickly, making sure the screen was where we wanted it and commenting on what he was doing while he was doing it. Left his business card if we had a problem. He thoroughly cleaned up all packaging. As he was leaving he took a call from a prior client and talked him through his issue in very patient manner.
