The owners were very nice.  Saturday hours helped me out.    It seems to be a good family business.  I've been looking for a place my wife would be comfortable going to.          I'll go back and try them out again for other car items.

I can't say enough good about Herchick's service. They don't use scare tactics to push you into buying anything in order to make quotas, nor do they try to cross sell you items you may not necessarily need. They simply fix the problem, let you know of any potential issues that may come down the line, and get you back on the road.

For the service today, Jay was able to do a visual inspecition of the brakes, test drive our automobile, and then make a diagnosis. No work was needed and he didn't charge us for his time.

My father's sage words of advice in terms of aut repair were that once you find an honest, reliable, auto mechanic: "consider yourself lucky." 

We've used them in the past for their "vacation package special" before a long road trip to ensure everything's in good working order.

It's sad that a good auto mechanic is a rarity these days, but Herchicks is one you can count on.

Had car towed to Herchick's late on a Friday and they called to confirm the car was there and that they would not have a mechanic on duty Saturday or Sunday, which I knew. They called Monday with an estimate and I gave them the OK to fix it. They had to get parts and said the car would be ready on Tuesday, which it was. I have used them in the past and I will use them again. My car is 19 years old and they tell me it's still in good condition. They don't try to push repairs that are not needed.

Wonderful experience with Herchick's Tire Service. Excellent customer service that included education on releasing spare tire from hanger bracket with associated truck tools. Service was fast and very reasonable.

I called Herchick's on a Saturday morning after the first big snow storm of the year.
Mike Herchick (the owner) answered the phone and was able to tell me what tires would fit the car and gave me several price/quality options. When I expressed the urgency of the situation, he assured me that they would get my new tires on that day.
Although they were insanely busy, they got my tires on as promised. My kids are safe, the price was reasonable and the family friendly atmosphere will bring me back. I would recommend this company to anyone!

They were very efficient, the work was completed in less than an hour.
