They have a great online service that they have added, so I can upload pictures and then just send them the pictures that I want. I can handle them all from the privacy of my room and then just pick them up when they are ready.

I brought it in in November 2005, was assured a 6-8 week turnaround. No one had contacted me by the end of 6 weeks. I called them, and was told that the repair shop was "waiting on parts". I called again every three weeks for six months before I lost my patience and asked them to ship it back to me. I was frustrated that Cord camera never contacted me, did not follow up with their repair center, and did not find alternatives or simply tell me they were incapable of fixing the camera when it was clear their repair center was incapable of doing so. I registered a complaint to the sales rep I spoke to when I asked my camera to be sent back. To her credit, she did admit that there were problems with their repair center, and she apologized and sent back the camera with no fuss. I sent the camera to Dodd. They had an estimate to me within two weeks, and had the camera repaired within a month. I am utterly disappointed in Cord camera and I will NOT be returning to their store.
