 + -1 moreDropped my car off early in the morning. Returned after 4pm and the car was still not finished??? Had to wait for it - at least 30 minutes. I had a scheduled appt and they had the car all day - i should not have had to wait. The scratch had not been touched up, so I asked the service writer to order some touch up paint for me and mail it. Never happened.
Description of Work: Scheduled maintenance appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. Patched tire with nail in it. Asked to have a scratch touched up.
