Amplex Internet

Their service guy came out, nicest guy, and we weren't too happy we had to put something on our new roof instead of a post or something on the ground. But we had to, to get high enough for a signal. The installer was so nice, he really took a lot of time and snuggled it in one of our many peaks so it was hidden the best and still got the best signal. He also took great care to keep the wires hidden where they had to come into the house and used old Hughes Net hole so we didn't have to drill a new hole in our brick house. I would recommend them to anyone; they were great!

Technician was very nice and professional. Also very clean. We've had companies in the past who have sent us not so clean technicians so that is very important to me. I can call amplex any day at anytime and always get very fast friendly service.

Amplex has always been on time, and continous services with little to no outages or interuptions, the internet service is just awesome, will never change again.

We stream Roku & Fire Tv and we can have three TV's going at once.Customer Service has been great when we needed to move up service to be able to stream multiple TV's and received a $79.00 credit for a referral sign up.

Well, I didn't realize weather related issue would interfere with the service as it has. The last time the weather did some damage to the tower. It was off for a few hours in the middle of the night. It was back up by morning but glitchy, by middle morning it went down again and stayed off till early evening. The VOip phone service also was effected, but not the entire time. Before going off the second time I'd been able to contact Daniel Huff and ask if all was well, since things were not on my end. He was very helpful, but I don't think he knew the tower still was under repair. He did help me determine pronlems on my end I'm happy to sau I know have a handle on *kids downloading things TOO large :) ) All in all The switch to Amplex has taken a lot of stress out of my life as they are a product/service that really leaves me completely satisfied. I don't have to point out how frustrating poor internet service can be as most experience it today, that is not the case with Amplex.

A few days after the antenna was moved, it blew down while we were on vacation. We got home and noticed it and called them right away on Monday. They came out the next day and took care of the problem!

Several days after the initial installation of my Amplex internet system my dog dug up and chewed the internet cables coming into my house. I called Amplex to inform them of the problem. Customer service responded, repaired and had my service returned in less than 24 hours. Very prompt professional service with a great start insuring dependable customer service. Years later Amplex continues to provide exceptional dependable internet and email service with first class customer service. Any questions are answered with a quick email or phone call. When calling Amplex you will always talk to real person that you can understand that will answer your question or will get back to you very promptly with an answer.

I couldn't be happier with our internet service through Amplex. From my first inquiry about their service to the quick and professional installation, I was impressed. It's hard to change providers of any service because it can be such a hassle, but not with Amplex. They made installation a breeze. The service and communication has been nothing less than excellent. I am always informed of any possible service interruptions and that work is done at an hour that does not effect me. I have had to call for information just a few times and the response from Amplex was professional and lightening fast. I have referred several people to Amplex over the years and I think that's a real measure of satisfaction. I feel like they really appreciate me as a customer. I am so glad I found Amplex! They are the best!
