Used them for new install,satisfied. Warranty replacement not happy but
American Standard mostly to blame. Added on to home they moved heat
pump outdoor unit approximately 15 feet and charged $800.00. Totally
disgusted. Would deal with Jeff Moore again but not as long as Donnie Lykins is his partner.

Great. The guys were very professional. They would put disposable covers on their shoes when ever they came in the house.

They are excellent. I've used them twice. They give really great service. They are very honest, dependable and clean. We are getting ready to use them again for a new heating system. They are not the cheapest but they have quality merchandise and they stand behind it. They come very quickly whenever we've had an issue. They are very professional. They make sure that everything is clean and neat before they leave.

Well, the cheapest route for me would be to fix my old furnace, but nothing lasts forever and I understand why replacing is necessary. I am very pleased with these guys prompt service.
