A friend recommended Tom and we couldn't be happier.  He was professional, friendly and very careful as he moved from window to window and room to room.   He did a wonderful job and the house looks so much brighter with clean windows.  The price was reasonable and we've already spoken with him about coming back again - so, yes, I would use him again.

Tom was responsive to phone calls, including lots of phone and quot;tag,and quot; to schedule our window cleaning. The team was on time, very professional, friendly, and helpful. The windows look outstanding and they were finished in the estimated time (1.5 hours). We will absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly, if you can get on their schedule!

The team cleaned the inside and outside of our home's windows, including the screens and sills. They were professional and fast. The windows look great. I put a note in my calendar to call them again in a year. Many window cleaning services schedule several weeks out in advance. They were able to get us on their schedule relatively quickly, which was nice.

They were fabulous. I have a two storey home including a skylight that they had to get up on the roof for and they do both the inside as well as the outside of all the windows. I was stunned that it was just $90.00. I don't think they need any more business because they are very busy. I would recommend that they their work is excellent and they go beyond what I had asked them to do. They are very professional and reasonable. They are very good and the windows look fabulous when they leave. They are very honest and are the kind of people that I had no discomfort about allowing them into my home. It is a team of three and the owner was one of the three when they came to my house. Their price are great and so it their service. When I call to make an appointment they are very busy and almost didn't have any so they put my name down to see if they could work me in somewhere. They happened to be in my area doing some other houses and added one more house than they normally do. I know that I cannot call them and get them out here in two days.

Tom and his crew just left, and I was SO impressed! They took ~1.5 hours to clean all windows (inside and outside) and all screens in our house. They did a GREAT job. Tom had come out last week to give me a price estimate and the actual price was exactly what he had told me, which I found to be very reasonable. I will absolutely use Wellage Window cleaning in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cincy area!

They are totally trustworthy considering they have to go from room to room in your home. . If I am not happy with a window when the sun hits it from a different direction, they are happy to come out and clean it again immediately. They are always pleasant and friendly. Their prices are resonable

We were preparing to sell our home and wanted our windows cleaned before we put it on the market. I had called several businesses for estimates previously and was ready to schedule a company in the spring. Apparently that is when a lot of window cleaning services do their annual regular customers -- so when I started calling places to book them, they were scheduling weeks in advance (1-2 months out!). We couldn't wait that long and got the number of Wellage Window Cleaning from a neighbor. They were able to schedule us within a few days, and their price was good. We had pricing from other companies ranging from $150 up to $300. Windows looked great and scheduling was quick -- we were happy with them and would use them again.

Tom was very prompt getting the estimate completed and arrived the exact day and time we agreed upon when we asked him to do the job. They were careful not to track anything inside and did an outstanding job cleaning all the windows and screens. We were very satisfied and highly recommend the service to others. We will certainly be using them again!

I have used Wellage Window Cleaning for house for over 13 years and for my business since I started the business. Tom Wellage is a wonderful, hardworking and honest person - the type of person that you want to come into your home and just generally want to know. I first used Tom's services when I bought my house and it had paint and other building materials adhered to the windows. I couldn't get it off so I contacted him -- thinking it would just be a one-time event. He scraped everything off and made my new windows looked like they were new. My windows open for cleaning and I had always cleaned my windows at my other house. After meeting Tom, I knew I wouldn't be cleaning windows again. He did a better job than I could do, in much less time, and for an extremely reasonable price. And, he was the type of person who deserved my support as a small business man. Since that time, Tom has cleaned my windows two times per year. My windows look like new and my screens are still intact (they likely wouldn't be if I had removed them myself!). Even though his business has grown tremendously since we first met, Tom still treats me and my house as if we were his only customers. You cannot go wrong by hiring Wellage Window Cleaning.

He does interior and exterior cleaning. Tom and everybody who works for him are extremely nice people and are very accommodating. There is nothing you can say bad about them. I would use him again in future.

This company is terrific. I have used them to clean my windows for over 10 years. Even though I have "tilt-in" windows (and could clean the windows myself), I find that Tom Wellage does a better job and is much more efficient. The price is always reasonable and frankly, Tom, and his employees are the kind of people you want to know and do business with. I never worry about having them in my home and they always put my furniture and collectibles back in their places.
