Bob Long showed up and "diagnosed" the problem. He charged me $80. He could not actually do the work as he didn't have his truck with him and did not have any of his tools. Then he proceeded to make 3 appointments where he did not show or call. Now he will not answer my calls, texts, or e-mails. His voicemail is full and I cannot leave a message. I have been VERY frustrated & disappointed at how unprofessional and disrespectful he and Trebor Electric has been. I wasted 4 personal days because of them and the problem has still not been fixed. Don't let them waste your time!!!!!
