Time Savers Heating and Cooling LLC

I used Time Savers for full replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. They were competitively priced and the owner Doug was amazing to work with. He was very informative and conducted business with a no-pressure policy. His technicians and installers were amazing - very professional, experienced and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Adam, Seth and Eric were awesome. 100% recommend and would suggest you request those technicians by name for your install!

I was generally satisfied with Time Savers' work up until I discovered that Doug had failed to file on my behalf the equipment registration per his company's installation policy. This resulted in my losing five years of my Carrier 10-year parts warranty. The ensuing ordeal with him afterward was, to say the least, a stressful, disrespectful and unpleasant experience. For that reason, I can no longer recommend Time Savers Heating and Cooling.

This was an insurance claim, so I had a dollar amount I had to work within.
I had 3 other estimates and Doug was not the lowest. When I questioned Doug why was his so much higher than the others, and than the insurance adjustor, he took time to articulate exactly what he found when he was preparing his quote. After listening to what he had to say, I realized his estimate was for the entire AC system, not simply what the insurance adjustor noticed was damaged.
Doug explained to me a possible discrepancy between the insurance adjustor's claim and the work he recommended needs completed. His estimate was thorough, and I was able to explain to the insurance adjustor such that they agreed, and adjusted their quote to match Doug's.
I made an impromptu visit to the job site prior to the work being completed. I called Doug and discussed several questions I had. I found him very willing to discuss my questions, and he reworked the AC cage so that it was more similiar to what I had in mind.
Doug was very thorough, and he engendered trust. He did not always have good news to give me, but he delivered the bad news honestly.
He was upfront with me regarding scheduling, materials, costs, etc.
I felt that when Doug left, the AC and Heater system were properly addressed, and I had established a relationship with an HVAC professional, not just some guy doing a job.

He arrived at the promised time and checked the air conditioner to determine whether he could fix it or replace it. 5 minutes later he fixed the unit at a very reasonable price. I asked him to provide an estimate for a new unit should it become necessary. He checked the air conditioner, and the furnace in the basement to determine what would need to be done to install a new unit. He explained all the steps that would need to be done and the reasons why. Once we decide to replace our old unit, he will be the one that we call.

They found the problem, recharged the system and will check back for a leak. The people are knowledgeable, timely, and are pretty accurate.

Doug was recommended by another contractor I was working with. He was punctual, honest, polite and did a great job. We replaced our A/C and furnace with a high efficiency one. We did have a problem a month into use but once I contacted Doug, he was back fixing it. He acknowledged that it was an installation issue on his end, fixed the issue and we've been happy ever since. I would highly recommend Time Savers.

He was on time, explained everything that needed to be done and what he was going to do. His prices were remarkably good for the work being done. He is also qualified and certified to work on Weil McClane high efficiency furnaces.
