Randy is delightful and customer oriented.  He and his crew of gifted sewers did their best to get my garments done quickly.

I went to the shop today to have my daughter's homecoming dress altered for next Saturday. We were met at the front door by a woman who was not happy to see us holding a formal dress. She said there was "no way" they could work on the dress and "didn't we see all the dresses hanging up that needed alterations" as if I should have known better than to ask. Clothes are in piles all over the floor in the cramped shop. When I asked if Randy was there pointed to the next room where he was sitting. He never even came out to greet us. Apparently if you have a couple of weeks to wait on your alterations, this is the place for you. Luckily we found someone else who told us there would be no problem with our deadline and they are going to press it for us too!

The work of Randy and his employees in shortening four pairs of women's jeans and pants was very professional -- excellent sewing, thread matching, and pressing.  The work was completed in less than a week and Randy called me when they were done.  Randy is very customer service focused and his shop's service is a good value.  I plan to use his services again and recommend him to others.

I love this business. Randy, the owner, does beautiful work, is reasonably priced and is a genuinely nice person. My husband finally relented and took his new suit to The Tailor's Touch, only because I was also having work done. I was delighted to hear my husband say it was the best work he had ever seen. I have been using this business for a number of years and look forward to many additional years of working with the Tailor's Touch.

The price was very reasonable. The price stood out, the quality of service was excellent, and the turn around time was excellent. He took a couple of days. The interaction with them was good. The work done was very professionally done, and it was beautiful work. They were very responsive, very polite and had great customer service. In past experiences, it would take a week to 10 days, and in this case it took a couple of days.

When I brought the dress in for alterations, Randy was really quick with pinning/marking the dress where it needed alterations. It was the fastest fitting I've ever done. Randy was extremely friendly and has a personality that naturally puts the customer at ease. My dress was huge on me, so I really didn't know how'd it look when I came back to pick it up. Randy and Debbie did a GREAT job with altering my dress. When I came back to pick it up, the dress fit me perfectly. They took the dress in, fixed how the top laid against me, and hemmed the bottom. I was expecting the bill to be over $100, so was really happy when the total turned out to be around $80. I will be going back to The Tailors Touch with my future alteration needs.
I saw another review that mentioned the store can be a little hard to find. This is true. The store is on the side of Firestone, and depending on which way you are coming, you might not see the shop until you've already passed it.

I was very pleased with the work and service. The owner, Randy, is skilled and genuinely nice. He made me feel comfortable and made good suggestions regarding tailoring my items. I will definitely be using Randy from now on, even though I must drive 20 minutes to reach Loveland. It is worth the drive. A friend recommended the Tailor's Touch to me and now I have been recommending the Tailor's Touch to other friends. The shop is very busy and I can see why. My first experience with this business left a very favorable impression and I will certainly use them again.

My husband bought a suit at Dillard's and after the trousers wereand quot;hemmedand quot; they were still an inch too long. I found the Tailor's Touch on Angie's List and we were impressed by the speed and quality of the work. Randy really knows what he is doing, and is very observant of his customer's needs and attitudes. He knew exactly what my husband wanted and did it right the first time - and for only $12, plus he had them back in 2 days! My husband was so pleased that he took in several other items for alterations and had the same experience.
I would recommend Randy and the Tailor's Touch to anyone wanting quality work, quickly done, and at a reasonable price.
My only not-so-positive comment would be that we couldn't reach the store on the phone - it went to a voice mail. So we just took a chance and drove 25-30 minutes to Loveland on the chance it would be open the hours that were posted online. It was - and I noticed that the phone more or less rang constantly. Most of his business is word of mouth, and he was so busy I could see where he didn't want to stop to constantly answer the phone. If he did, he couldn't deliver the speedy service he does!

A couple of days before a deadline, I received a scenery panel that had been provided by another company, but sewn to the wrong dimensions. The panel was much too large and heavy for a home sewing machine to handle. In spite of being very busy, Randy took care of the problem in hours, so I still had time to do the necessary painting and complete the project in time.

I had bought a dress for a special occasion but the sleeves just did not stay up and seemed too big. It was a cute dress so did not want to send it back. I looked on Angie's list and found someone close by that did alterations with great reviews. I took the dress in and Randy knew exactly what it needed. He was able to move the sleeves over to fit better and made them smaller. I sew but I knew this was a little more than I knew what to do. I needed the dress by the next week and Randy got it back to me with a day to spare. I tried it on and it fit perfect. I was very pleased with the experience and now I have a dress I can wear on my special day.

It was a great experience, Randy does a terrific job of getting the perfect fit and look of my clothes. The price was great, wonderful cuistomer service and it was done on the date that he said it would be. Cannot ask for better service!
