VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE CONTRACTOR; ADDS EXTRAS, EXPERIENCED AS HOME BUILDER, SO CAN DIAGNOSE AND FIX MANY PROBLEMS UNFORESEEN AT THE BEGINNING. THIS JOB TURNED OUT TO BE FAR GREATER IN SCOPE THAN ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED, YET UP CHARGE WAS MINIMAL.
