If you want someone who loves bikes and bicycling, Swallow Bicycle Works is the place for you! Tom Swallow has knowledge and cycling merchandise you can't find in the "big box" stores. He is a delight and his shop is just a great place to take your bike for expert advice and service.

I have had largely negative experience with getting my
Pinarello road bike serviced at the dealer where I bought it. Shifting was
problematic and remained so even after 100s of $ in parts and service. This involved
several “return trips” to the dealer after service was supposedly completed….but
the bike still didn’t shift properly.
The wrenches at Swallow did a super job with this same bike
for a reasonable price. The bike is now shifting perfectly. I will definitely
take my bike back there for service again.
