They're always outstanding. He replaced my HVAC maybe 5 years ago and it's run really well since then. He does his service periodically. I can always count on him. I would use him again every time.

Upon initial inspection, it seemed a new fan was needed. However, rather than going away to order a new fan for later installation, the tech investigated further and determined the noise was from fan rubbing against a (now dead) bird. Bird removed ... fan spins at proper speed... and without noise. PROBLEM SOLVED in one visit, no need for a new fan .... service call at minimal expense. GREAT, HONEST WORK.

They have not had to come out since. They do good too, always done a nice job, given us breaks where we were such frequent customers over the years.

They are truly truly honest people. Excellent people, good prices.  Very honest, friendly, professional, always on time. They do not sit on their phones and talk to people, just come in and do their job.

I've used them for 30 years because of good service. Overall, it was very good. Their professionalism and services were very good. That's why we keep having them again.

He is very nice.  We have used them for about 30 years.  He has installed our furnace and other things. When I call they are always available.

I called him on 11/21/13 asking the cost to replace the draft induction motor. He called me back and said that the total cost, parts and labor would be $420. He said he could come by the next day, and would call me in the morning with a time. He did, and all went well. The only reason I did not give an A for Quality in the rating is because he was going to come back the next day or so to replace a spring clamp on the combustion drain that is leaking and has not come back yet. This is a non-performance issue.

Came the first time for diagnosis and quick repair of one of the two leaks.  Came back exactly as scheduled to repair  the second.  All went well and quickly.
