Residential Transformations is a small, family owned business in Loveland Ohio. We believe being fair and honest, while providing exceptional customer service, is the key to building good relationships with our customers. If you prefer individualized attention, and not big groups of workers coming in and out of your home, we may be a good fit for you. Your bathroom remodel will be done by owner, Todd. Bathroom remodels are more complex than what people see on the surface. Whether big or small, it is best to have a clear idea of what you are getting in your overall cost. We do rough estimate proposals. We do not install customer purchased materials. Our quotes include all materials. We are not the most expensive, nor are we the cheapest . If you opt to use us as your remodeler, we can get you a fixed number, once selections are final. We encourage you to find someone you click with, and get signed on. We hope that will be us. Todd and Laurie were fantastic to deal with. When Todd came to the house to look at the master bath he took the time to think through what would be the best layout. There was a large empty area. We went with his great idea of giving that space to the master closet. Laurie sent over an extremely detailed proposal and assisted selecting all the items. They are an amazing team! Love them!

Residential Transformations did an outstanding job on the remodeling of my master bedroom. They were professional, detail oriented, and hard working. Due to our very old home, they went above and beyond to make sure everything matched with our existing woodwork. There were also some unforeseen issues that came up when the flooring was replaced. These issues were treated and handled and I now have a beautiful bathroom. I would certainly use this company again!

Bathroom remodel was seamless from start to finish. Todd and Laurie acknowledged our needs and expectations. After Todd's initial visit (2-3 months prior to start) Laurie followed up with a price range so I knew what to expect well in advance of the project beginning. Laurie was invaluable in helping us select materials and fixtures that met our long-term goals and budget. She emailed or texted multiple pictures of previous remodels and options and we relied on their vast experience and suggestions. In fact, she did 99% of the design review and selection, which we greatly appreciate. During the project Todd and Nate arrived on time every day and worked through. They start and finish a specific project rather than working on multiple projects at once, which makes the customer feel valued and also makes the process faster. I worked at home the entire time and they were quiet and respectful but also really enjoyable to have around and talk to. Laurie is an excellent communicator and kept in touch regarding progress. Residential Transformations is a full service, customer-focused business that we highly recommend and hope to use again soon.

I could not be more happy with the results of our bathroom remodel. Todd and Laurie were wonderful to work with on this project. I really appreciated how they handled the pricing-they were meticulous about keeping us in budget yet helping us get what we wanted by providing options. The communication was excellent and we always knew what to expect. Laurie did a great job assisting with picking out everything from paint to fixtures. We received some excellent advice from both of them on how much to invest and where for the best investment return. Next, Todd and crew were super easy to work with around the house, which was a big plus as this was about an 8 week project and we work at home. They were very careful about keeping things as neat and organized as possible. Finally, the bathroom and closet turned out just gorgeous! They even made some suggestions along the way to make it even better than expected. Todd really does high quality work. I am so happy to have found this business and highly recommend them. The remodel went extremely well. Todd was punctual and kept us informed through each step of process. Any required changes were handled without problem. Working with Laurie on the planning side was a pleasure and on the remodeling side, Todd and Nate were extremely accommodating and helpful. This remodel was done to allow my mother to move in and it was priceless to hear her say that it was beautiful.

This was my 2nd time using Residential Transformations for a home project. The first time was a small outdoor light hanging project that went well. This time was a much larger, detailed bathroom remodel project. From start to finish, this was a very good experience in many aspects...the initial consultation, contract of the work, scheduling of the work, design services and finally the demo of the old bathroom and a complete remodel of the master bath. The work performed to near perfection by Todd and Laurie was as I mentioned a demo of my old bathroom tile and tub and shower, new plumbing, new electrical work and lights, new mirrors, new cabinets, new tile floor, new tiled shower with a stunning center piece in the shower, new quartz vanity tops, new bench in place of the old box tub, complete paint job and final touch up to finish the bathroom to near perfection. It is that incredible of a transformation! I have seen contractors for 1/3 more of the price for this very project that was no where near the craftsmanship of Todd and Laurie. They take pride in their work and it is evident that they wanted my bathroom to be beautiful and something that will be a timeless addition to my home. Residential transformations LLC comes HIGHLY recommended in my book! You won't be disappointed!

We are extremely happy with our master bathroom remodel. Todd and Laurie are a great team! Todd came out to do an estimate and I showed him some pictures of bathrooms that we liked from the internet. With this information Laurie selected all of the materials - tile, shower, jetted tub, sink/vanity, cabinet, light fixtures, towel bars, heated floor, and mirrored closet barn door. We chose not to pick out the materials ourselves and trusted Laurie to do it for us. She communicated by phone, text, and email regarding design, cost and scheduling. We requested some unusual items such as the heated floor and mirrored barn door, but Laurie and Todd and their electrician Sammy were able to find them and install them. There were a few delays in shipping of materials due to COVID, but we were always notified. Communication was excellent throughout the entire remodeling process. Todd was extremely reliable and worked very hard to make the bathroom look best. We would absolutely hire them again and would highly recommend them!

Preparation for the project such as selection of materials went very well. Todd and Laurie communicated clearly, professionally, and responded promptly to any questions I had. The project was finished very timely; within about 3 weeks. I am very happy with the end result; it looks gorgeous. I would hire Residential Transformations again in a heartbeat.

Todd did a great job figuring out the layout of how to construct from the irregular joists once destruction was completed. The previous owners of our house made up their own measurements of how to put this bathroom together. The ground work is the most important. My selling point for choosing Residential Transformation was the Schluter foam board under the tile. The waterproof barrier is a must in a bathroom. Todd was careful to protect our wood floors and keep his tools in an orderly fashion. In a confined space this is not easy to do. His work is meticulous. He can be a carpenter, electrician, plumber and tile Mason. They do a wonderful job. My husband loves it.

We are happy, we attended Schluter Systems workshops, to be able to properly install their waterproof/mold proof barriers. We use Schluter in all showers, and on bathroom floors, we plan to tile. Large Master Bath: We had an unfortunate master bath flood that took forever to get anything done by our insurance company. As I started to look for contractors to do some of the work on our own dime, I came across Residential Transformations. They use the Schluter waterproofing system, one of the best under tile waterproofing systems, and have extensive training on it directly from Schluter. I received a quote quickly and after a few tweaks (my wish list continued to grow) they were able to start right away. It was such a relief to know something was finally going to be done, and done correctly. Their pricing was spot on and best quote for quality. They listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to sell me a gold toilet (my husband and I joke that some of the other quotes we received should have come with gold toilets based on the price!). Best of all, they don’t sub out work unless needed. No revolving door of various people in my house. Todd was here every single day working. I don’t have a comfort level letting people be in my house when I’m not there but I absolutely, 100% felt good with it. We even went out of town. He was so quiet working that you wouldn’t even know he was there. He took many precautions to guarantee there was no mess and cleaned up after himself every day. Thanks to our lovely builder, sigh, we were left with a few design challenges. He and I worked together to create the perfect bathroom layout. His knowledge really helped and Laurie helped me stay in budget. Speaking of budget, we went with one of their offered cabinet lines and are completely wowed. Custom solid wood cabinets (Amish but done with conversion varnish finish) for less than what you pay at Lowes for lesser cabinet construction. Seriously. We can’t say enough about Todd and Laurie and the quality of workmanship. We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the end result. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!!!

They were great very helpful in guiding us in picking out our items and setting us up with help at the stores/showrooms we were directed too. They were great communicators, we always knew when to expect them and what they were going to work on next. Very good a cleaning up every night when he was finished. They worked extra hard to stay on our timeline. Our dog loved them too. Everyone who has looked at the work has been very impressed and I am thankful everyday I walk into my master bathrooms, that we had them remodeled. Our bathrooms are beautiful. I love my new bathroom! They converted my tub shower to a new tiled shower, tiled the bathroom floor, installed a new vanity, new counter, new toilet , painted, and new frameless shower glass doors. Beautiful work!!
