Home Inspection
Buzz Childress is the owner of Pride Home Inspections, he is a State Certified Real Estate Inspector. Buzz was a referral from a friend and I was not disappointed.
Buzz was at the residence when I arrived for the home inspection, he was clean and professional in his appearance. Buzz was thorough in going over the paperwork before starting the inspection and making sure I understood what his role was and what he was going to be doing and how he would be writing his report.
Buzz took his time, the house was two story 1904 sq ft with 800+ sq ft basement, it took Buzz 3 hours and 23 minutes. Buzz took the time to listen to my questions and not only answer them but show and explain in detail.
I fee very confident in the knowledge Buzz showed, and his recommendations that we should address in the house that we are purchasing.
I would recommend Buzz and Pride Home Inspections to anyone who is looking for a professional inspector that enjoys customers who ask questions and care about the homes they are buying. I don't know much about the other inspection companies in the Cincinnati area, but i can not imagine that any would give you better personal attention than what I received from Buzz at Pride Home Inspections.
