Paramount Lawn + Landscape Services

Strangely, i was told that they were taking on new customers but I didn't make it past the receptionist because I had existing lighting and irrigation. I wasn't provided an explanation or given options, simply not interested....who turns down $15-20k jobs in this economy?

When spring came the grass turned green much quicker and I had no weeds.

We used them for about 4 years. The treatments were very effective for the yard. We stopped using them primarily we had people next door who were starting to build a house and we figured with all the stuff that would happen during the building process it wouldn't do much good to continue treating the yard until they were done.

It was $80 a treatment and it was 5 treatments. There were a couple times I had to call them to remind them to come out.

They were always professional and performed quality work that's why I am a returning customer as I have used him for several years at multiple property locations

They do a satisfactory  job with the lawn mowing. They do a terrible job with flower bed maintenance which they agreed to do at the beginning of the season. We agreed to 16 weedings/sprayings throughout the summer.  Drew said the flower bed maintenance would not be a problem and he would make sure it was it  taken care of.  They charge me for spraying but they never take out any weeds and even when they spray the weeds do not  die. The result is that I have had a lot of weeds in the flower beds the entire summer! I have brought it to Drew's attention three times. I have told him I am completley unsatisfied but he still has not resolved the situation. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure where to begin, but if I could do it all over again, Paramount Landscaping would not receive my business.
The front landscaping (a small job) turned out okay.  No major issues. Beds were a little sloppy, and one of the labors was a
clown throwing rocks and tipping wheel barrels like a little boy.
The irrigation system was a huge disappointment, and my most significant grievance.  We asked for a full yard irrigation system, but less than 2/3rds of the yard is watered.  Some areas within the same zones are over-soaked, while others stay
dry.  The back yard is only half irrigated, so the grass in those areas is now weeds and dirt one year later.  One of the factors in choosing Paramount was a decent price.  Unfortunately, we were comparing others that provided a full lawn irrigation system to Paramount?s less than 2/3rds yard system, in spite of our request for a full yard system. 
The seed and sodding were both poor, but easier for me to personally fix.  All the seeded areas didn?t take root ? I?ve over
seeded 4 times in the past 11 months.  The sod was jagged on one side of the yard, adjacent to the neighbor?s lawn.  There were major gaps in the seams between sod rolls. And the grading was so poorly done that we?re left with lots
of yard ?pot holes? that we are slowly filling in ouselves.  One of the guys on the Bobcat during the grading process crashed the machine into the side of my house.  I was home, heard it, and watched the crew debate how to handle it.  They opted to act like
it didn?t happen, not realizing I witnessed the event.  The side of the house was repaired after bringing this to the attention of Dennis.  
During the projects, before realizing the type of company we were dealing with, we asked Dennis for a bid on a paved patio three times, with no response.  That project was completed by No Limits Landscaping Spring 2015.
Most recently Dennis had an attitude when we called for the spring system maintenance.  He billed us twice for one service, and sent notice that our bill (which was paid immediately) was 30-60 days in arrears.  He's chosen to ignore our attempts to clarify his double billing.
We spent well over $14,000, and we?re still doing the work that was so poorly done by Paramount Landscaping.

Have had a few quality issues but they are always responsive and willing to do what is needed to make it right.  Very nice staff to work with.

I have worked with the company for a few years now. I recently had them come repair some wiring in the system that was causing problems. One technician replaced the wiring and completed the job in about an hour and a half. The company is dependable and reliable. The technicians are always professional and nice to work with. I have never had an issue getting the company out for a service.

I have been using the company for about 8 years. We have a very large yard they work on. 2-3 technicians usually come out for the weekly service. The technicians are very friendly. We closely work with Doug Sin Clair and he usually oversees what the crew comes out to do. They are very dependable and if I ever have an issue they are happy to come out right away. If there is a particular problem with the yard they keep me informed on what they will do about it.

I have been using the company for 2-3 years. Their product seems to be working very well and my yard looks much better. Typically one technician comes out for the routine maintenance. I do not really have to be home while they do the service and scheduling is very easy. They always let me know when they plan on coming out in advance.

It was great.  They are fantastic.  They never stopped working.  The supervisor told the workers what to do.  The price was worth it.  Everyone compliments their work.  We are looking forward to using them again.

Their service went well. The staff did a nice job. We ended up changing over to a different company with lower rates. The staff that would come out were very nice and I really appreciated their kindness. I never had any problem contacting the company or scheduling a service.

The service went okay. I had been using the company for a few years. They also installed our irrigation system. They had used an herbicide that was not yet thoroughly tested and it killed all of our Evergreens. We ended up getting a reimbursement for that through Depont Chemical Company. Other than that, they did a nice job. They were responsive and scheduling was easy.

I have used the company for about 6-7 years. The staff is nice to work with and reliable. One technician typically comes out to turn on or off the system. I never have any difficulties contacting the company or scheduling them out.

They are the best landscaping company I have ever had. I have used the company for about 5 years. They have a lot of the same supervision and staff and their turn over rate is very low. They are great at following up with me. If I ever have any issues I can call them and they come out right away. They also installed a fountain and irrigation system. Doug Sinclair is the fertilizer and I think he is the best. The company is honest and the pricing is fair. I can contact them by phone or email and they are very responsive. If I send them a picture of anything that has died they send someone out right way to replace it. Before they bill me for anything, they always make sure to call ahead to make sure I am okay with the charges. I would highly recommend this company to others.
