The owner of the company personally came out within 30 minutes to take care things for me. It was fantastic and great. They're very reliable especially in an emergency they will do what they can, if they don't get you that day they will squeeze you into the next morning. The quality of their work was very good, all the stains would come up and no strong odors.

Overall, the service was performed quickly and the carpet drying and sanitizing was done expertly. The non carpet was still dirty with a lack of attention to detail and completion. I don't like to have to ask a professional to do the work they are supposed to do if they say they have done it, I expected it to be done properly the first time and it wasnt.
