MILLER HEATING & COOLING

We finally decided to replace our 24 year old furnace and a/c unit. The workers of Miller Heating and Cooling were all very courteous and definitely take pride in their work. They spent extra time in correcting mistakes made from the last install and I can see the difference between a low/mid install to Miller’s high quality work. Clean up was good and very pleased I went with them since they offer the American Standard brand which is basically a Trane.

We've used Miller Heating and Cooling various times for different A/C and heat tune-ups and repairs. Brian used to be one of our neighbors, and he was always very responsive and very fair, and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Even if a different technician comes out, it was always someone who knew what they were doing and ensured we were taken care of. We would definitely call them again for our A/C and heating needs.

Old unit froze solid during one of the hottest spells this summer.
Found on the internet to turn off the AC and call a service tech.
Miller came out the next day for evaluation.
Unit was 10 years old.
Miller explained the options of fixing the old unit and what was involved with the replacement. Repair was in the $1'000 range.
I decided to invest the repair money into a new AC unit.
Miller advised to not replace the furnace at the same time, it was functioning just fine and they did not see any reason replace the furnace.
Parts were ordered and a date set. Miller Sr. was at the house bright and early and had everything disconnected and prepped when the truck showed up with the replacement unit and parts.
The team removed the old unit and had the new unit installed and working that afternoon. We had a cool, comfortable house that evening.
Outside evaporator looks new, modern and efficient with loads of surface area.
Installation and fabricated sheet metal at the furnace looks clean and professionally constructed.
The gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean and orderly. Thank you.
We use our AC unit from early spring until Oct to help with allergens and humidity so its been on non stop since June.
Miller stepped up and did me well once before this past winter, bad luck when my furnace quit mid in February. Miller came out near midnight to see if they could get the heat back on. Thankfully after a diagnostic, he successfully identified the problem and got us up and running.
That work ethic and customer focus lead me to using them this summer with this project.
We are happy with the new unit so far and would recommend Miller Heating and Cooling.

The service went very well. Up to three technicians came out and completed the job in 1 day. I really enjoyed working with the technicians and the company. The owner took the time to explain to you what you are buying and what he is recommending so you clearly understand what you are getting. I had no difficulties scheduling the service.

Called because furnace wouldn't light. Service person came out same day and and showed me the problem. I had to agree with him so the blower was replaced. 2 weeks later was having another issue and called back to which the owner came and showed me that an element was dirty. He cleaned it and offered to leave some material that I could use if it happens again. No charge for the second visit.

The A/C replacement job in August,2013 proved highly satisafactory.

We called Miller Heating and Air Conditioning based on and quot;Aand quot; recommendations in Angie's List and were not disappointed!

We had been considering Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning, with whom we had been dealing for about 13 years, but they advised us that the furnace was 10 years old and should be replaced along with the A/C unit for between $10,000 and $11,000, an amount we did not want to spend at that time.

Brian Miller's attitude about replacing the furnace was and quot;I don't believe in replacing things that are not broken. We can deal with the furnace when it actually failsand quot;.

His price for the new A/C unit was considerably lower than Apollo's, and he could schedule it within a couple of days, so we went with Miller Heating and A/C.

The work was completed in less than one day by Brian's two-man crew. There were no problems with the install that I can recall. The unit was started up and ran perfectly. The installers checked all the connections, the coolant plumbing joints, and the coolant pressures. Finally, the work spaces (around the furnace and around the outside unit) were cleaned up spic-and span. A nice job!

Brian Miller stopped by the next day to recheck the installation and make sure every thing was running as advertised.

Service provided exceeded our expectations

I have been using Miller Heating and Air Conditioning for 14 years and have always been pleased. One time when my furnace went out in the dead of winter the owner, Geoff Miller, came to my house at 11:00pm so I would not have to spend the night with no heat.This current service was my annual check up, and Geoff's son, Brian, did the servicing. He made an appointment, called prior to his arrival and arrived within the timeframe he gave me. He was courteous and professional, and restored everything to its original condition before he left. I recommend Miller Heating and Air Conditioning.

Totally went well from start to finish. Geoff and Brian can handle any and all heating and ac needs. He also put a new furnace and ac unit in my father's home 3 years ago. So we are a regular customer of Miller Heating.

We love this family company. A father and son team. They are super nice and do an excellent job. I feel that I can completely trust them. They are quick to return your phone calls and arrive on time. They are very knowledgeable about furnaces and are happy to answer any of your questions.
