Good, although weekly bed maintenance could be better

They had some good ideas and also listened to mine. They put together a good package plan of work. They did a professional job in a timely manner.

They did a lot of work. They were absolutely wonderful. They were very attentive. I got estimates from several other companies, they were a little bit higher but I like the job that they were going to do.

Services provided helped, but failed to completely resolve the issues that we sought out to fix.  Yard was reseeded twice, but many areas never germinated.  There are still many patchy areas of dirt without grass.
Mike recommended that we place yard on a fertilizer and weed control treatment plan utilizing his weed control company, "Weedman" which we did.  The weeds are now under control.  We'll have to wait and see whether or not the fertilizing helps grow the missing grass.
Because of being so late in the Spring, Mike Ward promises to overseed yard in the Fall to again try to resolve yard problems.

Everything went well.  They did excellent work.

Chose this company because they had a sod company as part of their group and did a lot of this work. They had all the equipment needed to do the job well and the actual installation was satisfactory. The problem with this company is poor communication. They didn't always return phone calls. The process was supposed to take 7-10 days, but it took about a month because of the weather. They did not notify me when)they applied herbicide to the lawn. They did not make sure someone would be home after the sod was installed (it is important because the sod needs to be watered frequently). I still think it is good to have sod installed by a sod company, but I am not sure I would use them for other work.

Its been excellent. They are very prompt and show up always, regardless. The job is very thorough and complete and they don't cut corners or leave messes behind.

It was amazing. They were professional. They came out a couple times to talk to us. When they came out with all the plants, it was a little out of our budget. They were willing to change the plan to fit, they also replaced a tree that had died for free.

Shannon was very punctual and professional from the time of the estimate to the completion of the job. The previous fall we had our overgrown 1 acre lot cleared of a majority of trees. Shannon re-graded the yard with existing soil and added one dump truck load of soil prior to sodding. An entire load of creek rock was used to create the creek beds.

Started calling them in sept 2004, but they came to do the work only in may of 2005. I had removed all the big rocks and put them in a corner. The guy who graded it put them all back and before we could stop them the seed was all sprayed all over. They seemed like not interested in doing the job at all. Finally when they did show it was not a good time for me. The grass did not grow well. They promised to supply more grass seed to use on ungrown patches, never supplied any of it. We had to reseed all over again using a slit seeder in sept. Only after that and installing a sprinkler our lawn looks somewhat good.

We called them to come out and remove leaves from our backyard only. We were quoted $40 per hour. 2 men came out and performed the work in 2 hours, which I believed they really took their time. We received a bill for $322.91 a week later. I called to complain and was told it was $40 per person per hour and there was a 2 way travel charge. I argued that this was never told to me and they did knock off $100 off the bill.
