Patrick was awesome in helping me decide whether or not to buy an old 1906 house. He was very responsive in the booking process, and was even willing to perform the inspection next-day! He was timely in arriving on our scheduled time and was well prepared. During the inspection, he offered for me to watch the live video feed and answered any questions that I had about the process. His services were very professional, easy to understand, and his taste in music was great too! I highly recommend hiring Patrick to inspect your sewer main!

This was nice. The inspector showed up on time which seems rare with contractors/tradesmen nowadays. Not only that but he explained what he was doing without talking down to me or my wife. This helped us understand but also assured us we were not being cheated. I wasn't sure I needed the service but was told it was a good idea. I'm glad I did it now. I feel better that my pipes are clean and clear.

Patrick was punctual, arriving before our designated appointment. He was easy to talk to and explained everything as he went through the inspection. He showed us the approximate location of our sanitary line starting from inside the house going out into the city sewer line at the street. He was very professional and a delight to talk to. He also played some good music during the inspection as background noise for the sewer line inspection video. He is not a plumber so he offers a non-biased opinon as he is not seeking to upcharge for additional work. We recieved a detailed multi picture (20+) report and url link the inspection video via Youtube. We would definately hire Patrick again for this service.

The job went very well.  I was able to schedule the inspection within a day or so of calling.  Inspector showed up on time and did a thorough inspection.  He was very personable and provided information on what he was doing, what he observed, and what he thought needed to be done.  Since the drain ran under both a walkway and a driveway, it was critical to locate the plug in the pipe in order to get accurate quotes for the repair.  He pinpointed the plug from root infiltration in the pipe to within less than a foot!  I would definitely use again.

Patrick did a great job answering and putting up with all my first time home-owner questions.  Went through everything and got me the report quickly and answered follow-up questions I had later.  Would definitely recommend him!

Pat was very thorough and professional. He identified several significant issues with the home's sewer line that will require expensive repairs. He prepared a detailed report and video that we were able to provide to the seller's agent. The report was provided the same day. It was well worth the cost to avoid an expensive issue that a normal home inspection could not identify.

We have used his services for at least three years for a few different properties. We have dealt with the owner Patrick. His price is set and there is never any question about any additional charges. He comes out when he says he will. He cameras the whole sewage line and provides us with a report. We have been pleased with his service.

He was good. He didn't have a long enough snake to see the end, but he gave me a video. It didn't take him long to do, and he was nice and professional.

Good. Our original intent was to have the complete septic system traced however the initial work was done on the house drain and we were able to determine a problem with a second, unknown septic system and found it to be defective. The video service offered by Mainline allowed us to locate an alternative route for the house line to allow it to connect to the septic system and resulting knowledge allowed us to save $000 in septic repairs of the secondary system by performing a simple tie-in to existing system. Without the service of Mainline we would never have known the root cause of the secondary septic let alone it's location in the yard. We were able to invest a small amount in materials and repair the system to working order.

The basic fee covers time for investigation and going over the results. Since it became clear early on that full replacement of the drain lines would be the only long-term solution, he gave more time to discussing the difficulty and expected cost for different strategies. You keep a copy of the whole video and summary reports for your records.
The cost-comparison for DIY versus contracted repairs was very informative. Mainline Inspection Services can give a fair comparison of your options because they do not sell their own contracting services, or anybody else's.

The service turned out great. The owner did an incredible job. He thoroughly described everything he saw and gave suggestions on ways to fix any issues. His explained everything in a way that was easy to understand which was very helpful.

The service turned out pretty well. I found his reference in the paper. He came out and looked at the mainline sewer drain and the footer drains. He was able to scope the main line and some of the other lines coming out of the house. He was very punctual, took time to explain what he was doing, and then provided a full report with videos of the inspection.

He was very nice guy and very professional. He had a big camera (50 foot line) that he used to inspect the drain in our basement. We had a bad odor that we needed to be inspected. He didn't find any problems but we were happy with the service.
