I have a German Shepard who I took for his annual check up; this is the first appointment with Dr. Ward. She was clearly afraid of him and barely examined him. She (and her tech) fed him peanut butter and treats continuously through the entire appointment, I had to ask them to stop. She never pet/talked/etc. to him to try to establish any relationship. When she checked his eyes, she flashed the light at him for 1 second, I actually asked her if she was able to see what she needed because it was so quick. She asked ME to left his 'cheeks' to check his teeth. She did get a good look in one of his ears. She never felt his body or checked his coat. She put the stethoscope on his back 3 seconds. For his shots they made me muzzle him (his previous vet, who retired, never did this) and then they forced him into the corner and the tech leaned on him and held his head so he could not move. He did receive appropriate vaccines and blood work and results were communicated to me very timely. I was so taken aback through the entire appointment I didn't even realize how bad it was until I left and reflected on previous appointments. I wish I would not have paid the exam charge because he did not receive one. If she is uncomfortable with large dogs or certain breeds she should not accept their appointments and charge for an exam that she does not perform.

They have provided vet care for our animals over several years.  Unfortunately, one of the staff members (Vet Tech named Lea Ann) was rude, accusatory, unprofessional and not very friendly towards my wife over the phone today.   Maybe she was having a rough day, I'm not sure, but it was pretty much uncalled for and doesn't represent their business well.

I like the 2 veterinarians they have there and they're good with animals. They're a topnotch; they're great. I usually make appointments there and they're always there.

Annual exam and vaccines for my dog. Also, got a 1 year supply of heartworm medication. Charges for exam and vaccines were reasonable. Charge for heartworm medication was twice what I'm used to paying! May be that Heartgard is more expensive than other brands I've used in the past (Interceptor, Iverhart). ||Vet explained everything he was doing during the exam which I liked.

Dr Cole is a wonderful vet. He is caring, thorough, and never rushes through an examination. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vet.

They were really personable. They examine the dog with us in the room instead of whisking them away somewhere else. They were good with the animals and with the kids who get tired of waiting.

We've used them many times. The staff and Dr. Cole are very compassionate. We can tell that they are huge animal lovers. They always have the pet's best interest at heart but also are very sympathetic to the pet owners as well.

Dr. Cole is always professional and gentle with the animals. My cats are both very comfortable there. He will call personally to check on them and offer non-medical suggestions to help with any issues. I think they are a bit pricey, but the service is very good.

It went very smoothly and the whole staff helped our family feel reassured through out the process which was difficult for our children.

This price is for the most recent two services of spaying and inserting the micro-chip. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. I can tell that Dr. Cole really loves animals. He takes one day off per week, and he has a substitute on these days. Those doctors are good as well. I will continue to go there in the future and would recommend them to others.

DR COLE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME TALKING WITH ME ABOUT MY ANIMALS. HE AND HIS STAFF ALSO FIND GOOD HOMES FOR CATS THROUGH SAVE OUR STRAYS. I FELT HE AND HIS STAFF HAD A REAL HEART FOR ANIMALS AND THEIR PRICES WERE FAIR. I GO THERE REGULARLY NOW.
