The job was quoted in a very timely manner, very competitive price. I picked this company because of the favorable reviews, and the fact that no heavy equipment would be brought in to do the job. The work crew was very careful, did a great job in wet conditions, no mess, backfilled, seeded, and strawed the site- looks great! Very professional, easy payment system on line! I would highly recommend!

Landis Services installed a long French drain in my yard. They were professional, efficient and tidy. They did a good job of seed and straw . Minimal disruption to the rest of my lawn. Their price was fair. I highly recommend Landis Services.

Great, prompt service at a good price. 4.5 stars because I am left with grading and reseeding which is not a big deal. They did a quick grade and seed/straw but it is still requiring me to do a bit of work to restore the yard. Would recommend definitely just be prepared for the after work:)
