They were responsive and got there on time. They got the job done and actually even corrected work from a previous company. The job was good and the price was reasonable.

Excellent service. The owner, John responded immediately to our request and had his guys over in hours.

The job was performed carefully. John clearly told us exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He also showed us what he discovered as in progressed in the search for the leak.
Because of the circumstances, we did not know exactly where the leak was coming from. But he removed and replaced a 2nd floor sink and cabinet to see if it originated from there. The leak wasn't on the second floor wall, so he had to cut into the 1st floor bathroom wall to find it.
I called him in the morning and he was willing to add us on at the end of his day. He got here about 5PM and worked until about 8PM. John worked quickly and cleaned up everything before he left.

He visited the site with construction manager and gave him a bid. He gave the most satisfactory bid and also was able to answer any questions. He came, did the work in a timely manner and left. Very straightforward!

I called with my problem and he came promptly, diagnosed the problems, (one caused by me and the other by someone who had installed a cistern for me and put in a faucet that was faulty). One faucet he immediately replaced, the other he diagnosed the problem, then had to search for an oddball replacement part.

Always responsive, very trustworthy, would never call anyone but him.

He is just awesome person and a very honest worker. I really like his quality of service and the price is also very fair.
