The project went extremely well and was very well run. Things were right on schedule and the project finished right on time.
The final cost was within a few percent of the original estimate and the changes to it were due to changes we requested. John's approach to handling changes (signed and paid change orders) worked out well for us. We always knew what we were getting and how much it would cost. The estimate was not the lowest price we received but we felt we got the value for what we spent. We love the final outcome.
John was easy and professional to work with and really went the extra distance to keep the project on track. We always knew when decisions on things (floor colors, tile, appliances) were needed and that kept everything moving. His working crews were professional and courteous and also put in the extra time and effort to get things right. There were some minor hiccups (as expected) but they were quickly taken care of and we were very happy with that.
The final outcome was a kitchen and living area that we are enjoying immensely.
