Jeffrey Young Concrete

We hired him to do our bathroom/washroom but had a HORRIBLE experience. He claimed he could do everything, from plumbing to drywall to installing a pool, but when we checked his website it only said concrete works. Not only he wasn't professional, he also charged extra fees without discussing with us first. He said he would do the extras for free but ended up charging us $650, and did NOT discuss anything about that with us, only gave the "receipt" because we kept asking for it, and it seemed like he just thought of them right there and then. He told my mom not to worry about the faucet he used, so my mom thought nothing of it, then he charged us $150. We only trusted him because his wife introduced him to us because she WAS a client at our nail salon for years, but now she is not anymore because apparently he told her something and she called my mom a big mouth and she doesn't like my mom anymore. We still have NOT received our itemized receipt yet. We have been asking for a receipt (for $12,000+!!!!) for DAYS now and he wouldn't give us, only the receipt for the extras (that were supposed to be free but costs $650). His attitude was nasty and unprofessional, he can raise his voice at you but when you do he doesn't like it. We completely trusted them to do their job but then they broke our trust. We tried everything to be nice to him the whole time he was at our house, bought him drinks and food. He said he would charge the drainage pipe but never showed the receipt and said we owed him $200. We are very disappointed with how it came out, definitely could have been avoided and better. If you read this Jeff, please give us the receipt, thank you

Jeffrey Young Concrete business, Loveland, OH 45140 is listed on your website, is not clean business, he is using your website to advertise false information and taken peoples money, I had the experience to hire him to remodel the house I bought and we agree on the $7050 total amount for the job. He got paid $ 5050 out of $7050 for the job is not even start, I would like to write reviews about his business to let people know about his way of doing business before another person gets ripoff. He stole materials, high on the job, lie about him have helped and he has nobody except himself and one person, Him and his worker always show late on the job and work a few hours and leave. I will not recommend him for any job even the smallest job. He is not trusted and never keep his part of the agreement on the job. I try to work with him to solve the problem, but he keeps ignoring my calls and texts.

Overall ok, he is very slow and not timely. His work is fine bur follow up is terrible
