The trim around our windows was not caulked properly and it has gaps where the caulking is missing. As a consequence, we had water leakage into our family room during a hard rain. The inside woodwork has been damaged.The coating on our pavers washed away after the first rain. We now have streaks in our driveway. The concrete around the new drain installed in our driveway broke a few days after it was installed. We paid in advance for the trim around the door in our lower level and it has not been delivered or installed. One part of the gutter that was supposedly repaired continues to leak.THe only parts of the work that was completed to our satisfaction was (1) the removal and planting of the new trees and (2) the cleaning of our deck and patio.We have placed numerous call to JW (the owner) to correct the problems and to finish the work for which he has been paid. All of our calls have been unanswered. We would not hire J&R Construction for any further work and we encourage others to do likewise.
