Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We were unhappy because: floor tile, The grout lines are currently uneven and the floor is not level. The tile needs to be removed and redone. Toilet, The toilet is currently not flush with the tile. This should be remedied once the tile is made level. The bolts at the toilet base need to be sawed shorter and the caps placed on them. Sink, The hot and cold knobs on the faucet are loose (they move if you try to turn them off using any force) and the knobs need to be parallel with the wall or slightly pointing forward, not pointing back toward the wall. There is a small leak under the sink that needs to be fixed. Door, The door needs to be replaced because the knob is not centered. We have only paid $458 for some labor and materials. He agreed to return to fix problems and we have not heard from him. We are hiring someone else to fix the bathroom.

Handyman Service
Dave completed the job and it looks very nice. There were some electric wires that were covered up by some plastic molding and Dave replaced it with wood molding. We are happy with the results.
