Landscaping
I had asked the condo association to stop applying the salt to my drive way due to it pitting my driveways concrete, they told me to contact Groundmasters and they told me to put flags by my driveway to let them know i don't want them to apply the salt or move the snow due to the problems with the concrete, they disregarded the flags and continued to apply the products cause even more damage, I asked again and they still applied the product causing even further damage. They disregarded my request and will not pay to repave my drive way and the condo association will do nothing either.

"The member has also filed this complaint with the BBB and KY Attorney Generals Office. Both offices were satisfied from the information we provided that we are NOT in fact responsible for the damage on his driveway. The driveway & walks within the community are the property of the association not the individual condo owners. The association themselves sent a letter to the BBB saying the damage negligible at most and would not be seeking any damages."

Tree Service
They are a little slow at returning calls, but the work was done on time & I was very pleased with the service. The city forced me to move the tree because it was obstructing a stop sign.
