Just wanted to thank Feazel for a job well done. Our new roof looks great and vents are where we wanted them. Original gutter covers are still in place. The crew did a good job of cleaning up, the project manager checked on the job several times during the day, and we always felt there was someone we could call with questions. These days its great to find a company that shows up on time and follows through on plans. Al Winstel 12/2/21

TLDR: Don't go with Feazel, please. We had such a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Feazel. I used to think that responsiveness and communication with companies wasn't that important, but trust me that it is. Do not go with this company, they do not value communication with their customers. We had a great meeting with the salesman (which is why we chose them, don't be fooled) and the workers who came to our house were extremely hardworking. However, the staff, project managers, and everyone involved with their office were horrendous. To begin with, no one ever called us to schedule our work, a full two weeks after meeting with the salesman, even though we told them we had a deadline. When I called them, we weren't even put into their system yet. Eventually we got scheduled, and I assumed everything was fine. The day the work was supposed to begin, we got up by 6AM, because that's when we were told they would arrive. By 8:30, no one had come. I tried to contact the project manager, but they gave me the wrong information so I couldn't reach him. When I called the office, I kept reaching the front desk administrator (who was patient and kind), but couldn't get ahold of anyone in charge. Later, the wife of the crew manager (not employed by Feazel, a contractor) came to my house and told me they would be there by 12PM. Mid-morning, the project manager came to check that we had all the materials. He didn't attempt to talk to me, I glanced out the window and saw him in my backyard. When I asked, he also insisted that someone would be here around noon. NOTE: He checked to make sure all the materials were there, right?? 12PM came and went and no one arrived. It wasn't until around 3PM that they showed up. I eventually got a call from Val, a supervisor - this was the FIRST time anyone from Feazel themselves had communicated with me intentionally, 9 hours after they were supposed to arrive. She assured me that my roof would get done that evening, as it was small. When I tried to tell her it was an old house and might have a lot of rotten wood, she insisted it would be an easy job. Lo and behold, the crew was there until 9:45PM and didn't even finish. The next day, the crew began working early and aimed to finish around noon. Around then, someone came to my door and told me that they WERE finished, but in reviewing the job, they realized they didn't put in the smart venting because they didn't have the materials when they were constructing it...which the manager supposedly confirmed we had. They had to TAKE OFF THEIR WORK, put the venting in, and then put the shingles back on. In the middle of this, it began to pour and I was told they'd finish the NEXT day. After calling the project manager again and trying to get ahold of Val (who didn't and still hasn't called me back after I left messages), the crew pushed forward and finished. They were kind men who worked so hard in the heat, and yet the company itself was horrendous. As a side note, my in-laws were also going to get work done by Feazel. It had been weeks, and they hadn't heard anything about scheduling until someone called and said they needed to "get a deposit for materials” (which they already had, very sketchy). My mother-in-law asked for their money back and stated that they decided to take their business elsewhere. Only then did they got a call from a higher up, who offered to squeeze them in that day. They wholeheartedly declined due to our experience and Feazel's lack of professionalism. This is not at all an isolated incident. All in all, go with a smaller company (or any other company), not with Feazel. We regretted passing on another company (Cap City Restoration - nice people, same product, super communicative, just didn't have the extra financing deal). It was stressful and frustrating and all of that could have been avoided with better and reliable communication. I wasted days trying to get in contact with them, don't waste yours.

We had an Excellent experience with Feazel from the beginning of the process to the end. Logan Fenton (Field Supervisor) was very professional and explained how the entire project would flow and worked with our Insurance company to assess damage. He Explained everything and was always available if we had any more questions. Scott Widmyer (Project Manager)came on the day of installation to check on the install team. He was very professional and took the time to answer our questions and explain things as the team was installing the roof. The install team was great! They did a very nice job installing the new roof in one day! and cleaning up when the job was completed. They walked the entire property to assure there were no roofing nails or trash laying around in the yard. They were a very professional and knowledgeable team to work with. Thank you!!! We love our new roof and would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Tear off and installation of new roofing was achieved in one scheduled day. Gutters and downspouts were completed in an additional day. Very satisfied with the process and finished project. They cleaned up very well and left the landscape in excellent shape.

It has not gone well at all . They started out on a good foot . First thing that went wrong they didn't and don't deal with insurance . Then things went down hill fast! They have a great lack of organizing . And no communication between their staff and salesman or their customers . NOT ONE THING HAS BEEN DONE WITH OUT PROBLEMS . they use out side contractors . That have no commitment to punctuality and attention to details . roof is somewhat satisfactory after a return repair job . Roofers left nails and cig buts everywhere . My windows are not the best quality that I was lead to believe . But were installed with more detail . And trying to talk to salesman or manager is only done throw a text . AND THEY DONT GET BACK RIGHT AWAY if at all . My original salesman dropped me. and turned me over to the general manager at the Cincinnati location . It has been nothing but a nightmare and stressful situation. for the last 6 months April -- sept 2017 . And I STILL DON'T HAVE MY GUTTERS AND SIDING . and if things don't change . I will be going to one of the news channels . I would love to cancel the remaining work . But I HAVE PAID HAFE . And the roofers have damaged my gutters even more then the hail had done I could give every detail that has went wrong but I WOULD BE typing HEAR FOR HOURS or days . Please look somewhere else to have your work done . Because this is not a reputable company .

The Feazel people were thorough and had great attention to detail. They were here when they said they'd be, worked quickly and had the job completely done in one day. The roof looked great. Scott Widmyer, the job foreman, stayed on top of the work crew and in communication with us emphasizing that quality and customer service were their primary goal and they definitely delivered.

They are in the Cleveland area. They are in Columbus and Cleveland. They just moved into the Cleveland area.  They just started working in Northeast Ohio. I was pretty happy because we couldn't get anybody to come out because it was a small repair. Roofing companies usually want to repair your entire roof and we did not need that. I have no idea what it should cost. We had actually had a similar repair done several years ago and it was more expensive so I guess their price was pretty good. What I liked about their service is that they showed up. I called them, made an appointment, they actually showed up -- I assume it was on time. They called me about 10 minutes before and said they would be here. They did their estimate and  then they came out two or three days later and did the repair. I called the same place we had the first time we needed a repair like this, they made an appointment and never showed up. I had gotten a postcard in the mail from new businesses so I got one from them so we decided to try it. Nothing could have been better with their repair service. I did not climb up on the roof and look at the repair, but so far it seems to be working.

Don't believe everything you see on TV! There is an Ohio roofing company (whose name rhymes with WEASEL!) that allocates a fortune to their marketing efforts to television ads on multiple channels every 5 minutes. The ladies that make up the corporate back office are professional, sharp, and are charged with making certain that “complaints” made public go away as quickly as possible. Conversely, the sales force and management team…entirely different story. They have declared themselves as THE Insurance Claim Specialists. Although I secured multiple bids from other contractors, these men are masters of manipulation, and have you committed to contracting with them before you even realize what’s happened. Initially, the finely tuned corporate functionality rivals what one would find on the floor of a Maserati showroom ……right up until your signature and their contract collide. At that moment, the honeymoon comes to an abrupt end. The sales and management team reminds me of a cluster of testosterone propelled boys on the first day of their senior year of high school. They are a great combination of charm and above average appearance. By simply adding the two attributes together, the result is sales and revenue. Unfortunately, the void of genuine customer care, absence of quality control, and consistent inability to exercise honesty or integrity is beginning to catch up with them. Their standard operating procedure in addressing customer dissatisfaction caused by their ongoing negligence and supervisory oversight is to merely run it from Level 1 to Level 4 in a seemingly scripted manner! Typically, people who believe that they are going to beat the system at the expense of the public at large don’t make the asinine moves that these guys make. Their contracts are ambiguous and, assuming you are given the entire contract, fail to specify a start and end date and other remedies found in the contracts of well meaning contractors. When I signed my contract, I was assured they would start within 21 days. That was October, 2016. They have only done half of the job because they took a shortcut that no other contractor can believe, and never bothered to go back to the house to be knowledgeable enough to bid it. Had they been professional and completed due diligence, their bid would not have been almost 800% too low! What is even more egregious is that they remain in a binding contract and have allowed the house to deteriorate because they refuse to do the work for the price that THEY drafted the contract for because they won’t make as much as they want to. When I met with the CEO, I expressed my frustration with going into a contract assured that the work would begin within 21 days – which was a year ago this month. He flippantly informed me that they had “Hundreds of customers ahead of me” and did not deny the fact that they routinely use that as the standard stated timeframe they give everyone when they sign a contract. They were fully aware that this was an income producing property now uninhabitable, but since Feazel wasn’t the one losing income, it held no significance. I told him that since they were aware of this, they should have removed themselves as a viable candidate to do the job. He agreed, and even chuckled. Feazel has no moral or ethical compass. When you start throwing in contracts boys, it’s getting ready to get real! You can’t legally secure a contract if you are aware that you can’t meet your commitment. Deliberately coaxing clients into a contract based on lies is unconscionable. Speaking only of my own personal experiences with Weasel Ive dealt with Breach of Contract, Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Insurance Fraud, complete disregard for every aspect of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practice Act. They have cost me thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours of my time, caused $12,000 in damage that was caused by their own negligence (although they first tried to convince me that the water somehow violated every aspect of Newton’s Law), destroyed the quality of my life for months and brought it to a halt, and they are generous enough to allow ME to walk away from a binding contract? I wish someone had posted an Approach with Extreme Caution warning out there before I ever called them. Like I said, they will have no question that I am the one who exposed them and they have my number. I would never risk being sued for Slander unless I was able to prove every word. He knows that this is only a sampling of what I have. Honestly, I HOPE they come after me…DO IT ROSS!!! There’s nothing that I would enjoy more than to put you in front of someone wearing a long black robe with a wooden gavel and 12 consumers. You are so predictable,,,I'm sure a letter of denial will pop up soon. Bring it. I will post documents and photos that validate each word

It went really well. They had one small glitch, they scratched the gutter, but they replaced. They wanted to make us satisfied with the job, and they did quite well.

Unprofessional. Initially business for a quote - the lady on the other end didnt even know they installed skylights and had to call back the next business day to confirm. Eventually got to scheduled an appointment after they confirmed they installed skylights. Unreliable. Waited for our scheduled appointment (after leaving work early). Did not show up. Didn't even call. We called the office and "Tom" said he'd personally show up the next day after setting up a new appointment. This did not happen. The original crew assigned to the job showed up (15 min late). Climbed up on the roof and said they would call back with a quote... Never did. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Inconsiderate. F.
