Ray did a wonderful job. Not only did he help me figure out how to fix the patio that was leaking into the basement, he also helped me negotiate with the company that did the work originally. His work men were wonderful, on time and explained everything to me. I would have them work again for me. I highly recommend Fasten- Pro Roofing!

This company is really really good, and all of their people are true professionals. Because they are so good, you will need to schedule them 6 months in advance; but the wait is worth it. It took a four man team to complete the work over several days. All the men were very pleasant and easy to work with. At the end of each day, they would completely clean up the work site from all the debris from the old shingles, new roofing paper, and new shingles. A roof is generally not something that is seen a "feature" to one's home. This company made our roof into look like a work of art. The professional and the pride they took in doing my roof really shows. You can count on Fasten-Pro Roofing to do the job right.

Excellent work!

Work was superb. Crew was on time every day and left the place clean at the end of each day. It was a big complicated roof so took about 5 days to complete with the new larger gutters and downspouts. Metal work on valleys and roof / wall intersections was superb and everything looks great. They re-located several downspouts that had been causing issues as well. I look forward to our first major rainfall : )

Job went excellent. They were very professional and got the job done in the time they had quoted. Upon completion I met with Ray to discuss a concern and he explained everything to my satisfaction. The guys on the job were considerate and cleaned and organized the area after every day. It was a big job and took over a week.

The process of setting up the gutter cleaning was simple and easy. They even called to see if the leaves on the trees in the neighborhood had completely fallen. I told them that they had not , they told me that they would call me back in a few weeks to set up a date to come and clean the gutters after all the leaves had fallen

It went very well since no more water is coming in. They fixed it, got the downspouts leveled up and that fixed the problem.

I would highly recommend Fasten Pro to anyone.  We moved to Florida and needed to have this work done quickly in order to sell our home.  They did a great job in a timely fashion for a good price.

We asked for their help in expediting the repair, since we had painters scheduled and wanted to make sure the cause of the leak was fixed so it would not ruin a new paint job. They were able to do the repairs the same day as the painters arrived. They took off several rows of shingles and found the problem to be the flashing around the chimney. This was removed and large parts of plywood in that area that had water damage. They made new flashing with the proper soldering and installed it after installing new plywood. They also made a nice ice dam to make sure water was directed away from the chimney, another way to prohibit the reoccurence of the problem. They then re-installed new shingles, the same manufacturer and color as the old removed. They also applied seal to the chimney to prevent brick cracking. They took away all old plywood and shingles and did an excellent clean-up. I found it interesting that they even thought to put a thick foam pad under their ladder to prevent damage on the edges of the shingles at the roof edge. The two people were really skilled as far as I could tell, and they communicated regularly what they were doing and what they had found.

they came over as soon as it stopped raining and immediately repaired the problem I had. The gutter has been leaking for some time and I had previously attempted a repair unsuccessfully. In addition to repairing the bad corner seam, they also adjusted the slope of the gutter at no charge. all of this two stories up. They didn't even ask for payment at the time just informing I would get the bill for the amount we had discussed on the phone.

This was a small job and they were just as responsive as a large one.  Ray came out and gave us a quote, the work was done promptly.  My neighbor recommended their services and I am really impressed with the service and professionalism.  Highly recommend!
