Tim cleaned the unit and added freon. He gave me lots of helpful advice about both the states of AC and furnace units and was extremelly personable and friendly. Very trustworthy and I HIGHLY recommend Emerson as a result.

After receiving quotes from 2 other HVAC companies to completely replace my AC, Mr. Emerson repaired it for $110.00. Two years later when it failed a second time, Mr. Emerson repaired it for $125.00.

Our heat was not working. Tim came the same day the call was placed, replaced the thermostat and discovered the heat pump was not functioning. He came back the next day when promised. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit in a timely fashion. When the AC wasn't properly running (due to a winter installation), Tim returned and adjusted the freon levels and replaced the thermostat again - at no charge. He was very polite, professional and timely.

 He was prompt and professional.   Upon arrival he inspected the unit and we determined the best course of action was to add Freon and give ourselves time to make a decision on a new unit.  I respected his advice.  I hope my daughter upon review selects his quote for a new unit. Another company just said it needed to be replaced and quoted an astronomical price for Freon.  This was not the best course of action.  I’m glad we decided to have Emerson c ome look at the unit.

Everything went very smoothly. I got about five quotes for a new AC unit and Emerson had the lowest quote. I told Tim Emerson we'd go with his quote and within a week he came out and installed the AC unit. He was there on time and he finished about when he said he would. He left the work area very clean. He seemed very honest to me since he did not try to push me on buying a new furnace at the same time (our furnace is close to 15 years old but runs fine and we just got a new motor for it and some furnaces that are well maintained can last 25 - 30 years). I would recommend his services for sure.

Tim Emerson is reliable, professional, and has fair prices for his services.  I have referred him to my neighbors and friends and they are pleased with his service, as well.

He is friendly, clean, neat, prompt, and he seems to really know what he is doing.  He explains things very clearly. I thought his prices were very fair.

I called Emerson first and got their machine so I called another A/C company and made an appointment for the earliest they could come out - which was late the NEXT day. Emerson returned call a bit later and came out to service A/C that evening - at dusk an in very hot conditions. Capicitor had blown and they were able to replace part.

Very happy with the service. System seems to be working much better.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PROVIDER. CLEANED AIR EXCHANGER AND REMOVED DEBRIS FROM DRAIN PAN CAUSING HUMIDITY ISSUE. ALSO CLEANED OUTSIDE UNIT AND INSTALLED TRAP IN CONDENSATE DRAIN LINE. SAID MY EXISTING RHEEM UNIT MIGHT BE GOOD FOR ANOTHER 10 YEARS IF PROPERLY MAINTAINED AS OPPOSED TO OUTRAGEOUS QUOTES ON REPLACEMENT I RECEIVED FROM OTHER VENDORS. HOWEVER, SAID HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE ME A QUOTE ON RHEEM VARIABLE SPEED/HUMIDITY THERMOSTAT UNITS WHEN THE TIME COMES. EMERSON DOES NOT YET ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, BUT ASIDE FROM THAT HE IS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDERS YET TO DO WORK HERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITH HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS.
