Home Inspection
Dick was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment and did a very thorough job. He spent a lot of time with us and pointed out many items that would need maintenanced. I would use him again. He thoroughly understands how homes should be built.

DICK WAS AN EX-BUILDER AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHICH WAS IMPORTANT AS I WAS NEW TO THE AREA AND UNFAMILIAR WITH ALL OF THE THINGS TO LOOK FOR. HE NOTICED ITEMS IN ATTIC AND BASEMENT THAT THE BUILDER HAD MISSED. PROVIDED A DETAILED PRINTED REPORT ON THE SPOT. OVERALL THREE HOUR INSPECTION WAS VERY THOROUGH.
