Possibly the best experience I have had with any trade/service provider. Mike Detmer does great work, charges a very fair price, and is careful about his work area and cleaning up. Usually our work is repairs during a rehab of a house, so he can get to it when it's convenient for him, but occasionally we need something done right away and he is always responsive to fitting this in. Just a great experience all around.

I work a typical 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. job so his prompt attention to the repair enabled me to not lose much time at work that day. The toilet is securely in place and the toilet no longer leaks. I am confident that the problem is fixed and it will not happen again. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend Detmer Plumbing to my friends and family. I have added this company to my rolodex for future plumbing needs. I feel he was honest and charged a fair price for the job.

I wasn't sure what was wrong but we were not getting hot water in our shower. I hoped it was not the hot water heater as I knew that would be very pricey. One of the two brothers who own Detmer Plumbing came in a timely fashion and assessed the problem and fixed it that day. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I have used Detmer for many other plumbing problems over the past 9 years, and they have always been great.

Mike Detmer came by the house twice in a week, first to help turn off some leaking gas lines, and then to replace
some leaking pipes under our sink. Super nice guy, did great work, took extra time to show me where all the important shut off valves were in our new house, and didn't mind our two little boys running around the house.

Called Mike - he replied quickly - came and did services so I could finish laundry and will finish next week. Detmer Plumbing is always a pleasure to have as they're always professional and get the job done right.

Great company! We have used on several occasions and have always been pleased. The first time we used Detmer we had them install a toilet. Once installed, i noticed a tiny leak the next day. I called Detmer and within one hour they were here to fix the problem. This latest time I called on Tuesday evening. Mike called back on Wednesday morning (as they always call you back the next day as they are a small business) and was here later that morning to replace the seal in our kitchen faucet. This company has great customer service and does a great job. Would highly recommend!

All work was completed satisfactorily and on time. In fact, they returned to adjust the sink aerator at no extra charge. We have hired this company for other projects and all have been completed without problems. We would recommend this company to other friends

I called Detmer because doing the work myself usually means that something else will break and shutting off the whole house water supply was not an option. Detmer did the job in 20 minutes and I didn't have to worry about whether the job was done right.

This is the second time I've used Mike. I called and left a message on what needed to be done and what day was good for me. He showed up at the designated time, was very professional and friendly. Since I don't have a basement, he had to go through the pipes in the kitchen areas to unclog the portion of the pipe clogged up by the fibers from the washer. It was a big clog, but he took care of it in a little over an hour.

They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with their quality of service. They were very prompt, courteous and friendly. They were also on time and finished the work in timely manner. They cleaned everything after the work was done and it was a great experience working with them. The price was very reasonable.
