Dale is trustworthy and does an incredible job. I never take my rings off and so they go through life with me doing everything with me from gardening to fixing up the house, you name it. Years ago (at his previous employer) he joined my engagement ring and wedding bands together because they were getting so worn rubbing against each other. I hadn't notice it until he cleaned them for me and he pointed out the wear. When I noticed the prongs on my ring were missing I went straight to him. He took care of it right away and you can't even tell which ones were broken.
Now that he's opened his own business, I'm amazed to hear about the people who've moved to other states searching him out for their engagement rings, etc. because they know and trust him. His work is high craftsmanship and Dale's a man of high character.
