They were fast with the estimate and were very helpful in coming a week earlier than originally planned due to a change in my schedule. They did a beautiful job and the price was similar to what others wanted for the mulching alone. I would recommend CPM and will have them back again next Spring.

I would highly recommend Cutter's Property Maintenance Company. They do a good job. They do what I ask them to do in my big lawn. They are always very prompt. I would continue to use them in the future.

They did an excellent job cutting the grass. They were very professional and always made sure to clean up the grass clippings from the driveway and walkway. They were there on a weekly basis, weather permitting.
