I had a great experience with CJs. I had my entire house re-carpeted! Everyone was easy to work with and they did an incredible job. My new carpet looks and feels amazing!! They even moved all of my furniture for me!

AVOID at all costs!! This company will lie to you just to get a sale. The sales lady (Joan) came out to my house to get measurements. During this process, I was informed that I did not need to move any of my large furniture and the installers would work around it and move if necessary. When the installers came out to my house, I was informed that this was not the case and they would need to re-schedule once the furniture was moved out of my basement. They were not willing to help move any of the furniture. I also asked if it was possible to do another area of the basement first and then I would move the furniture to the completed spot on my own. The installer (Mark) was not willing to work with me on a solution at all. He was very rude during the entire process. When he first arrived at my home, he demanded that I move my car so he could park in the driveway even though there was a perfectly fine parking spot right across the street (only an additional 5-7 feet from my driveway). After telling him I could not re-schedule due to conflicts with work, he did not seem to care at all and told me to take that up with Joan. Mark also wanted to argue over the weight of my furniture instead of finding a simple solution to get the install completed that day. He bragged about how he has installed carpet in million-dollar homes then proceeded to tell me This obviously is not a million-dollar home. I called Joan to let her know my frustrations and told her I wanted a refund for all the trouble that was caused by her lying to me during the original measurement appointment. She told me that there was nothing they could do and suggested that I leave my doors unlocked while at work so the installers could come back. Per Joan, they are very good guys and I have nothing to worry about. I immediately shot that option down. Why the hell would I let these people back in my home alone after they talk to their customers like this?? I ended up hiring professional movers to come out and help me get the couches out of the basement. These movers also do carpet on the side and informed me that the couches would have been fine where they were at. Mark (installer) simply just did not want to do his job that day and that was very clear. I had to take an unpaid day from work just for nothing to get done because of a lie that was told to me to get the sale. I asked Joan if I could get a discount due to all the trouble I experienced during this entire process. I was given a very small discount that did not come relatively close to the amount of money I was out due to taking off work and paying the movers. Please avoid this scam of a company and do not make the same mistake that I did. I would rather attempt to install on my own in the future rather than using CJs Wholesale. I am fully convinced that all of their positive reviews are from friends and family.

They basically don't know what they're doing. Craftsmanship very bad. Floors not installed correctly, gaps everywhere, and when done they scratched the floors they laid when moving the furniture. The furniture was also scratched during the move. Tile work was also bad - tiles not lined up properly. They need to learn how to do the job right before offering services to public.

This is how companies should do business. They came in and looked over the project. went right to work. Comlpeted the job in about 3.5 hours. The floor looks great and done for the price quoted even though they had to sort through material I supplied tjhat arrived damaged. The job was also completed a day ahead of what they quoted. These guys are not fancy but they know what they are doing and they work.

Very professional, worked our job into their very busy schedule. Would recommend!
