Absolutely fantastic. They found the bee problem, via their thermal imaging camera, and were able to get to the 35,000 bees from the inside ceiling rather than having to tear up our outside wood siding which saved us big $. Very professional and left our room bee free and clean.

"It's always been my concern to make sure that all of my customers feel that the services offered were timely, professional, cost effective, and above all else helpful. If possible, I want to meet all of my customers expectations. I'm, sorry that this inspection, that was actually the second inspection I did for you, did not do that. It's rare to have someone call me back to work for them if they were dissatisfied with so many things. It's been over 5 months and I haven't heard anything from you. I do wish that you would have called with any concerns. I have actually performed several more inspections for your realtor since then. She seems pleased. Please know, Home Inspections are never perfect..... but if asked, I would have offered what I could to help. My phone is always on...."

It was awesome. Quick response time, best pricing around, great description and reporting of things. He was so thorough and didn't mind that I walked around asking questions, taking pictures and pointed out a few things of my own I saw. I would highly recommend them! He was so good even my realtor asked for the contact information -- so if you don't take my word, you know he has to be good if another person in the profession wants to use him.

I would very much recommend Don Smith to conduct your home inspection.  Don took the time to fit us in at a time where he, and many other home inspection companies were very busy.  He worked with our schedule and conducted a very thorough property inspection.  During the inspection, he took the time to provide a detailed explanation of his observations and also prepared a a very thorough report.  The price was very reasonable and included a termite inspection and radon testing results.  I would highly recommend Don Smith and CCHI, LLC for your home inspections.

Don, was very informative about his services. He explained in details all the things a new home owner would be concerned with. Reviewed the report with me and my wife before send copies to the realtor and listing agent. Most importantly he was honest.
