CERTIFIED ROOFING

Not well at all. The problem was not fixed, leak still remains, no calls were returned and I spent 2500 dollars with no results as assured by Bob McQueen. Estimate given, work done and the problem still remains.

The owner, Bob McQueen, was very nice, and professional. They did postpone the job several times. When they did finally show up, they finished in half a day. Bob came by the next day for his payment. The next time that it rained, the leak was even worse. I called to complain, and was told they would be out the next day. No one showed up. I called many times, and usually no one would answer. Whenever I did get through, I was told they would be over to redo the work. It has been several months now, and no one has ever come back. I went up on the roof myself to see if I could fix the leak. They put some new flashing in the problem area. But instead of one solid piece, there are many small pieces nailed down, with no caulking between them. They lined gutters with some type of aluminum foil product that looks very cheap. I thought they were going to replace the old metal, instead they just put a band-aide on it. I am very dissatisfied with the work they did for me. Don't use this Company.

THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN COMPETITION AND COMPLETED THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THE ONLY REASON THEY DON''T HAVE STRAIGHT "A"S IN THE LISTINGS IS THAT THEY WERE SLOW TO GET US THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE WORK DONE.
