We had a leak issue with water on our main floor and basement in our first new house.  After using a company that cleaned and dried our basement we had a second leak more extensive leak.  The first company was no help in identifying the cause and was going to charge full price to clean again.  
Thankfully, a neighbor recommend Mark Jones and CDS.  Mark came quickly to evaluate the damage and find the source or in our case sources of the leaks. Mark was tenacious in finding these sources of the leaks. We had water coming through the chimney causing damage to or first floor as well as continuing into our basement.  We also had cracks in the wall of our foundation seeping water directly into our basement.    After identifying the problems CDS brought the right people in to fix the problems.  After the leaks were fixed, they did an outstanding job putting our house back together.  This included repairing the damaged drywall, ceiling as well as cleaning the carpet.  We could have not been more happy with the work and at a reasonable price. (The price listed is just estimated as I do not have immediate access to the amount while writing this review).
I highly recommend Mark Jones and CDS with no reservations.  We have used their services for additional needs since then and will remain loyal customers.

Certified Disaster Services was amazing! They worked with me to implement the most cost-effective solutions for the leaky basement issues I faced after purchasing my home. The company's owner, Mark, was easy to get on the phone or by email at all times. He typically responded to messages within minutes. CDS always provided information and services quickly. Mark even stopped by my house during a rain storm to assess the cause of the leaks. He made great recommendations and did everything he could to keep my costs as low as possible. He ensured I understood what was happening, and all work was completed on time and at the prices originally quoted. Mark made recommendations about basement flooring that saved me money, and it looks great! I felt like Mark cared about the project as much as I did, and thanks to CDS, the basement has been completely dry since they finished their work. I highly recommend CDS.

They were very thorough. They did what they said they would do and they were respectful of the place. They did not mess anything up and took everything with them when they were finished. Our insurance paid for the work to be done, so all we had to pay was the deductable to the insurance company.

CDS did a fabulous job. Mark Jones personally checks in on us as we're completing the restoration of our basement. He's been with us all the way and has done a great job making it a priority for him and CDS to ensure we're taken care of. The job could have easily been done with the water extraction - Mark makes it very personal and ensures that everything is done to our satisfaction. He has even given us tips on how to manage some of the other contractors that we have used to complete our restoration. Can't say enough great things about Mark and his team!!!
