The only negative issue I experianced were:
- The Tech did not attempt to move some of the furniture and items to provide access for extraction,
- The insurance company, which replaced the carpet and pad, said that BKA should have removed the padding.
- after over a week of fans and de-humidification, the finished part of the basement was 100% dry only after I moved all the room's contents to the unfinished side and removed the carpet and padding my self, exposing the bare concrete floor.,
