They are very punctual. I thought he was as reasonable and their workers were here on time every day. They did a good job.

They did a fantastic job. We were very happy with them. We had several people come out to give an estimate and we're pretty happy with what they did. It's one of our favorite parts of the house. He was not the lowest bid but he wasn't the highest, but the proposal that he came up with we feel was the most complete. He showed this engineering layout of what he was going to do. They were great. The group that came out were very professional. They were there every morning about 8 o'clock, worked until dark and got it done quickly.

They ended up not doing what we were looking for, but they were honest and upfront about that.

The work was completed in one day, but we waited over two weeks to have the work done because they were going to have the steel dipped in galvanizing liquid. This was not done as I said above, because they needed to file the steel. This is fine but we should have been told ahead of time that this was not able to be done. We would have appreciated being called and informed of the change before they came to do the repair. The work that was done inside and out was done properly. I would still use this company if I needed other work to be done, but they really need to inform their customers when changes have to be made ahead of time.

I would say that they were the most extraordinarily competent company that I have ever used. They were absolutely superb. When I had narrowed my project down and had the architect's specifications at hand, I put it up for three bids. Their bid was far superior to the others. It gave absolute details about every little item in every room. They defined everything that was going to be done. I found them to be the most qualified company. So, I went with them. They were the least expensive. The job was done on time with excellent quality. They were on budget. It could not have been any better. Their service cost me $200,000. I will use them again in the future. I will probably get them to do some additions to the work that they have done.

Amazingly perfect. Bauscher construction is by no means the cheapest contractor in town, but they are not the most expensive either. Yet every dime was well worth it. They are upfront about budget too. Paul Bauscher is the president and he is extremely detailed up front with his bids. He is also realistic and up front about time frame for completion of a project. Paul is so easy to work with and so nice and patient as well. You never feel pressured or rushed. You also cannot help but feel like you are dealing with a very trustworthy contractor. Paul will provide you with important paperwork, such as liability insurance and worker's compensation. Paul does not complete the work himself.....he is the president who will work with you up until the contract signed. He has a few employees who are project managers, and once you have signed a contract, you will be turned over to the project manager for your site. Well, Paul seems to hire amazing talent with great attitudes who like their jobs a lot. We were blessed to have a very kind and talented project manager named Daniel who literally completed most of the work himself (except electric). Daniel was truly the best person we've ever had working in our house for such a long time (8 weeks). We love our new kitchen, it is terrific. I would recommend Bauscher and cannot wait until next year to hire them for more projects. You need to be picky about who you hire......I am and Bauscher Construction was fortunately perfect.

The Bauscher team assigned to our home were always on time, professional and courteous. They worked out time lines in advance and had a method of paperwork so we could keep track of all changes/additions to the work. They did an excellent job of accomodating our family in a section of the house where we were our of their way but still had a place to eat, watch TV, etc downstairs until it was absolutely necessary for us to stay upstairs. The only time we had to move out was when they were finishing the flooring. They also kept dirt and dust to a minimum using plastic sheeting for "walls" around the spots where they worked. It was a very long project but we were very happy with the results. The Bauschers also came back after a year to fix anything that needed it On a job this size there are always some problems, but Paul Bauscher was wonderful about talking things out. Paul and his brothers and work crew were all very nice to work with and we highly recommend them.

They showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and the job done was excellent. I am very pleased with their services.
