Poor workmanship. Recommended wrong tile materials. Fired them and did not finish the job. Hired another contractor to totally redo the shower for much less and superior quality. Would never hire them for anything!

"I believe in "Customer" first. These people are lying and attempted to get a shower for free. We do hundreds and hundreds of bathrooms. We do amazing work and this was just a shower redo. Very simple job. We had photos and video of the completed job and I have all the text message communication with these people all the way up to them wanting something for nothing. They started complaining we offered many times to satisfy them to no avail. They attempted to reverse the charges with American Express twice and lost. We submitted photos and video and they agreed we completed our contract. The homeowners also said on text that they would not harm us on social media and of course that is a lie because he had his wife write this after they were unsuccessful in getting a free shower. Russell said that he was happy with the contractors work and in fact described it as excellent. The only thing they were unhappy with was the tile selection and how it looked after it was installed. They said it was our fault for letting them pick the wrong tile and .we offered to take it out and replace it at no cost on the labor and they refused. I personally painted that bathroom and my main contractor was on that job. I know 1st hand what we did on that job because I spoke to the homeowners on a regular basis. We went over and above at the end of the job to get them a barn style slider for their shower door. I took video and photos to prove the quality of our work. This is still America where hopefully we are allowed to defend ourselves when someone writes a negative review out of hostility. We made every attempt to please these people and some people you cant please. We are easy and awesome to work with. We will always do our best to provide excellent renovations for our clients and go the extra mile when it comes to service. Design of project was exceptional by this company. The rest of the project was very difficult from here on out. First issue was during contract review: we were given the impression that the work was not subcontracted. When we specifically asked if work was done in house, we were told " we have5 crews". In reality, they use 5 different subcontracting companies. The company we were assigned was grossly overbooked, 2 days late to start, several no show days, did not start work until 10:00-11:00 a.m. daily and seemed to have no project leader for this large project. Hence, no one seemed to know what was going to happen from day to day. My husband was required to schedule work, repeatedly call to assure forward progress, recognize incorrect work that needed redone, do research on our own regarding the installation requirements of the steam exhaust, and on and on... the project was assured it would take 4-5 weeks and it took almost 9 weeks and would have taken longer if we did not ride herd over the contractor. The contractors were sloppy and did not clean up after themselves, causing a lot of work by the owners. Overall they were pretty h****** the rest of the house. Bath Inspirations was slow to non-interested in assuring that our expectations were met. I could say more, but enough said..

The job itself went smoothly from start to finish. It was originally estimated to take 5 (five) weeks but took 8 (eight) weeks. Very little rework was required, such as placement of towel bars. The toilet had to be changed out from the original water saver which splashed water out of the bowl onto the floor when flushed; this was a product design problem; not an installation problem. An issue I perceive is that when I called the company to report this problem I was ignored; however when my husband finally called, i.e., when a man called, they came out and saw what we were complaining about. This especially did not sit well with me since it was my project which I paid for since hubby did not see the need for the upgrade. They workers themselves were very friendly and courteous, especially the lead installer, Mark. The issue I have is at the management level and nonresponsiveness to warranty problems.
I will reiterate the current problem, now 16 months later, there is a leak from the bathroom into the first floor dining room. The company is not honoring the supposed 5 year warranty because they said they have a new owner. I cannot recommend them because of this. We are going to have to pay out of pocket for a plumber to fix the leak and drywaller to repair the first floor dining room ceiling.

an awesome job was done . neat an clean the workers cover my carpet with plastic.the dust was very very low.from day one i could see the job was done right ,the framing all corners flush, the drywall smooth for paint,the ceramic tile all lines matched . i just love the little things like no more tub filling with water while taking a shower.Wow what new plumbing can do. no more leaks. no more slow drains. AWESOME JOB

Project took too long to finish because the installer was incompetent and he was later fired. His mistakes had to be redone, with the exception of the countertop, which was cut and installed incorrectly. This matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. The workers left messes everyday, used my household items without asking, and disappeared for hours at a time. Management rarely came to check on the progress (or lack of). I was guaranteed completion by Thanksgiving and the hall bath remodel was finally finished the second week of February. My complaint was not only with the incompetence of the installer and the cost of this remodel, but with the lack of respect and customer service I was given.

"I am truly sorry that you’re not happy with us. We would have had Randy (the master bath installer) do the work, if we had not been one installer short due to his sudden cancer treatment. It was the prudent thing to do, to have Randy fill in since the other project was well underway and your’s had not started. Having said that, Brian may not have been as fast as Randy and he may not have had the confidence, but he did care about his work and it is work we will stand behind. Brian was laid off not fired. Cammie and I made at least 10 visits. Hours: 51.5 week 1, 51.5 week 2, 43.5 week three & 20.2 in week 4, tile week of the 12th & Randy came back Nov. 19 & 20 to finish. A punch list was made replacement product took 3 weeks. We returned 12/17 additional items were added replacement product took 4 weeks with the holidays. We returned 1/29 to complete. We did not hear about ANY of these issues until the last punch list, even though Cammie, Janelle and I were perpetually available. There are limitations of a cultured marble top that is between two walls and with an integrated backsplash, what was installed is above average and looks beautiful as part of your stunning bath. We understand your frustration and apologize for not sensing it. Looking back, would we have handled your project differently and delayed the start three weeks until Randy was available. Regardless, Bath Inspirations does take pride in our work and we do stand behind it and will honor our five year warranty."

They were very good. They were on time friendly, and they did a good job cleaning up.
