"I believe in "Customer" first. These people are lying and attempted to get a shower for free. We do hundreds and hundreds of bathrooms. We do amazing work and this was just a shower redo. Very simple job. We had photos and video of the completed job and I have all the text message communication with these people all the way up to them wanting something for nothing. They started complaining we offered many times to satisfy them to no avail. They attempted to reverse the charges with American Express twice and lost. We submitted photos and video and they agreed we completed our contract. The homeowners also said on text that they would not harm us on social media and of course that is a lie because he had his wife write this after they were unsuccessful in getting a free shower. Russell said that he was happy with the contractors work and in fact described it as excellent. The only thing they were unhappy with was the tile selection and how it looked after it was installed. They said it was our fault for letting them pick the wrong tile and .we offered to take it out and replace it at no cost on the labor and they refused. I personally painted that bathroom and my main contractor was on that job. I know 1st hand what we did on that job because I spoke to the homeowners on a regular basis. We went over and above at the end of the job to get them a barn style slider for their shower door. I took video and photos to prove the quality of our work. This is still America where hopefully we are allowed to defend ourselves when someone writes a negative review out of hostility. We made every attempt to please these people and some people you cant please. We are easy and awesome to work with. We will always do our best to provide excellent renovations for our clients and go the extra mile when it comes to service. "I am truly sorry that you’re not happy with us. We would have had Randy (the master bath installer) do the work, if we had not been one installer short due to his sudden cancer treatment. It was the prudent thing to do, to have Randy fill in since the other project was well underway and your’s had not started. Having said that, Brian may not have been as fast as Randy and he may not have had the confidence, but he did care about his work and it is work we will stand behind. Brian was laid off not fired. Cammie and I made at least 10 visits. Hours: 51.5 week 1, 51.5 week 2, 43.5 week three & 20.2 in week 4, tile week of the 12th & Randy came back Nov. 19 & 20 to finish. A punch list was made replacement product took 3 weeks. We returned 12/17 additional items were added replacement product took 4 weeks with the holidays. We returned 1/29 to complete. We did not hear about ANY of these issues until the last punch list, even though Cammie, Janelle and I were perpetually available. There are limitations of a cultured marble top that is between two walls and with an integrated backsplash, what was installed is above average and looks beautiful as part of your stunning bath. We understand your frustration and apologize for not sensing it. Looking back, would we have handled your project differently and delayed the start three weeks until Randy was available. Regardless, Bath Inspirations does take pride in our work and we do stand behind it and will honor our five year warranty."
