I really like the people that came, Husband and wife,, but here is what happened. 1/3rd of the way thru, their truck broke down and over heated. We tried twice to cool it down but kept dying on them. truck was old and the company does not own anything they third party everything out to subcontractors. one room was pretreated that they could not do, so I had to use my Steam cleaner to finish the job,, then was charged for the work that was completed.. when they called in to explain the problem, Charlie, whom I presume is the owner, would not cancel the other calls that were for the rest of the day. Feel sorry for those who took the day off. would not recommend them..

They do good work, fast work, and low price.

This individual was so efficient. It was awesome.?It was $90, I gave him $100, I gave him a $10 tip.

The stairs were really badly stained and had not been cleaned in years. I asked about dry cleaning and was told that the condition of the stairs demanded steam cleaning. I called one day, and they came the next morning, when scheduled. Quick, professional job. Results: nowhere near perfect, but way better than before the cleaning. The price was very good because of an ad in Reach magazine.

It wasn't what I was expecting. They were prompt, their professionalism is mediocre I'd say probably a B but the biggest problem with them is the type of service they provide wasn't really a good carpet cleaning it was more they basically had a high powered vacuum and they agitated the rug with soap and they didn't really rinse the carpets the best way to put it and they just kind of like vacuumed it and what it did was basically because you leave the soap in the rug it actually traps the dirt into the carpet fibers so their service wasn't really cleaning it the best way to put it. They don't move your furniture they don't do anything they don't clean around it.

Show up as scheduled. Offer advice regarding updating our carpet regarding types and styles. They also were able to clean some soiled areas. We have used them numerous times before and would give them a A+ rating.

They always do a great job. They're very fast and efficient.

They cleaned the carpets very well. The lift the couch out. They did fabric protection. We have been using them for years. The reason we keep calling them back is because we're pleased with them. They've come out before on emergencies. They cleaned up hard to remove stains. We've had no problems.

They moved the furniture I wanted to be moved and spent extra time on spots/stains. They had brand new equipment that day. When they were finished, they put all of the furniture on styrofoam so that the metal parts were not touching the wet carpet. The carpet was dry within 24 hours.

They had coupons on their website offering various carpet/upholstery specials.  A company representative called the day before and gave a 2 hour window as to their expected arrival time which was between 12:30 and 2:30.  On the scheduled service date, the guy called at approximately 12:15 and advised that he would arrive in 10-15 minutes and he arrived promptly within that time frame.  Two guys arrived for the job, one pretreated as the other one cleaned.  They were thorough and courteous.  Would definitely recommend.

We have a dog and two cats, so there are a few pet stains on some of the carpet areas.They started telling me how dirty my carpets were and they couldn't even imagine to invite people over to my house!  I steam clearn my house regulary, so it's not that bad.   I would have requested for additional services, but because of their rudeness, I did not and I will NEVER use this company again.

They were very prompt, courteous, friendly and professional.  They got right to work when they arrived and worked hard until my carpets were clean.  They even got some of the areas cleaned that I thought would never be clean again because of the age and wear on the carpets.  I'm very happy with them and would highly recommend them to others.

No Problems

I was very happy with them. They cleaned the carpets of 7 rooms. It was a good deal. They moved the lighter stuff, but they didn’t move the heavy things like the bed or the china cabinet. In the past, I had one of the home cleaning machines which I used to use to clean the carpets and I wasn’t happy with the results. I got frustrated too. There were two guys who came out to get the job done. They were very professional. They were in and out very quickly. I couldn’t believe that they got the work done that fast. They did a good job and were here for around an hour. They had high power extraction machines. So, it didn’t take ever to even dry. The carpets were cleaner than what I used to do. It also saved me hours and days of work. They told me that those machines are better for smaller jobs and spot cleaning. The carpets look much better than what they are able to do professionally with the bigger machines. Except for one room where the carpet was old, it didn’t turn out well. I didn’t even expect it to turn out well. However, for a couple of other rooms which I was not able to clean, it was clean. The price charged by them was excellent and it was worth paying them for the job that they did. Their quality of work was very good. They were out quickly, within a couple of days. They were on time and I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future especially those two guys who did the work for me.

The person who came over worked very hard. I had some ink spots on my carpet and he cleared them. His machine stopped working all of a sudden and he came back the next day and completed the job. I was happy with their service.

The person who answered my call initially was very friendly and provided all pricing information. I scheduled the cleaning for 3 days later. The team of 2 men arrived within the given time window of 10-12p. I gave one a tour of the areas to be cleaned and after a few refusals of deodorizing and stain guarding they promptly got to work. The entire job took less than 30 minutes. They were able to remove several mud and baby formula stains. The carpets were a little more wet than I would have liked, but they did dry after about 6-7 hours with the aid of a large fan.

The company has a nifty phone system that explains the difference between standard cleaning and dry cleaning. Scheduling with the operator was easy and pleasant. Two employees showed up on time, but were difficult to understand from beginning to end with their broken English and heavy foreign accents. When the job was complete I was asked if it looked good but of course it looks good when it is still wet (even dry cleaning leaves some dampness). It is after the carpet dried that the stains showed up, and these were stains that were not present before the workers arrived. My guess is they were put there by the machine they dragged around. They did put cellophane under the furniture feet when moving items back into place.

THE MEN DID AND OK JOB. THEY COULDN'T GET SOME STAINS UP. THEY APPLIED THE STAIN GUARD TO A VERY SMALL AREA AND CHARGED $38.00. THEY TOLD ME THAT I MIGHT NEED NEW CARPET. MY CARPET IS 7 YEARS OLD.

THE TWO MEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE GREAT! THEY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TO BE FRIENDLY TO MY THREE-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER. A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS, FRESH TAR WAS TRACKED ON PART OF THE CARPETS. BECAUSE OF THE STAIN PROTECTION WARRANTY, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF MY CALL AND QUICKLY REMOVED THE TAR SPOTS, COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE! I USUALLY DON'T THINK EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE WORTH IT, BUT IN THIS CASE IT DEFINITELY WAS! ANOTHER PLUS -- THE NIGHT BEFORE COMING, THEY GAVE ME A TIME RANGE FOR WHEN THEY WOULD COME. THAT DAY THEY CALLED WHILE ON THE ROAD TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO ARRIVE AND WERE RIGHT ON TIME.

I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WANT TO SAVE OTHERS FROM USING THEM. I THOUGHT I WAS PAYING $69 AND WAS CHARGED $146. THEN THEY SUGESTED I SPEND ANOTHER $140 TO GET THE PET ODOR OUT OF A SMALL AREA (THAT IS WHAT I THOUGHT THE $69 WAS PAYING FOR!). THEY ALSO HAD A DRIVING FEE THAT I WASN'T TOLD ABOUT ON THE PHONE. I FELT LIKE I PAID A LOT AND THEY ONLY SPENT ABOUT 15 MINUTES DOING THE WORK.

THE CARPET CLEANERS WERE ON TIME TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY HELPED TO MOVE FURNITURE AND WORKED AROUND MY NEEDS WITH MY ONE YEAR OLD WHO WAS TAKING A NAP. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS.
