Wallpaper Service
The work was completed, however, the project included installing and refinishing hardwood floors and they began to peel within weeks. Bixler had assured us that he and his subs would have no problems installing and refinishing the hardwood floors but they are now atrocious and need to be completely refinished and will cost $2,500 - $4,000 to be redone. Bixler assured us it was bad product and brought in the manufactures dealer to review and they could not find fault with the product. From this point, Bixler ?went silent? and didn?t return any phone calls, emails, etc. We are really disappointed in Bixler, we even provided him a loan during the process for him to meet his payroll as he could not, we are pondering legal action and/or municipal court.
