 + -1 moreMy wife lost the diamond in her wedding ring. It looks brand new. She also had another ring resized and they did a great job on that too. We would highly recommend them and would use them again. There is nothing about their serrvice we didn't like.
Description of Work: Swiss American replaced the diamond and did a beautiful job.

 + 0 moreAfter 3 estimates and several trips to advertised clock repair shops in my area - I decided that Dan at Swiss American was the right guy. I would highly recommend them. Meticulous work and the right price.
Description of Work: I inherited a beautiful cuckoo clock from my great grandfather from Germany. The clock has been in our family for over 4 generations and it has been a part of our lives for many years. I had a hard time finding someone that I would trust to take on the repairs that were needed.

 + 0 moreBy far the best pricing on the west side of Cleveland. The level of service is well worth the drive to Lorain County. Not to mention the sale tax advantage. I would highly reccomend this family owned jewelry store over any chain or the more expensive independent counterparts in the Westlake/Rocky River area.
Description of Work: My wife and I had her wedding ring remounted for our 10th anniversary. We priced out the mall chains and the local independently owned jewelers in our area. Heard from a friend about John at Swiss American.

 + -1 moreI WENT TO PICK UP THE BRACELET. WHEN I PUT IT ON I NOTICED IT HADN''T BEEN TOUCHED. I TOOK IT BACK, THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. WHEN I PICKED IT UP NEW RINGS WERE ON IT I ASSUMED IT WAS SOLDERED. MONTHS LATER I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER JEWELER. I FOUND OUT IT WAS NEVER SOLDERED. I FEEL THEY PURPOSELY AVOIDED DOING THE WORK I WAS CHARGED FOR.
Description of Work: I HAD A CHARM BRACELET I NEEDED THE 7 CHARMS SOLDERED ON, AND NEW RINGS PUT ON.
