My wife lost the diamond in her wedding ring. It looks brand new. She also had another ring resized and they did a great job on that too. We would highly recommend them and would use them again. There is nothing about their serrvice we didn't like.

By far the best pricing on the west side of Cleveland. The level of service is well worth the drive to Lorain County. Not to mention the sale tax advantage. I would highly reccomend this family owned jewelry store over any chain or the more expensive independent counterparts in the Westlake/Rocky River area.

I WENT TO PICK UP THE BRACELET. WHEN I PUT IT ON I NOTICED IT HADN''T BEEN TOUCHED. I TOOK IT BACK, THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. WHEN I PICKED IT UP NEW RINGS WERE ON IT I ASSUMED IT WAS SOLDERED. MONTHS LATER I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER JEWELER. I FOUND OUT IT WAS NEVER SOLDERED. I FEEL THEY PURPOSELY AVOIDED DOING THE WORK I WAS CHARGED FOR.
