About two years ago, my husband and I purchased a home that was built in 1931 and neglected by the previous owner for the past 50 years. Needless to say, we are dealing with a variety of contractors on a regular basis. Of all the companies we have worked with, Superior Landscaping has proven to be the most reliable by far. Mark returned every call promptly and arrived at our house when he said he would - or early! This alone was a real treat compared to others. Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful. When it came time to pick out our new tree, he actually brought a tree book with him so I could see what the mature tree would look like. Everything was done exactly as outlined in his original proposal and completed very neatly and professionally. We hope to use Mark this spring for a complete redo of some very unattractive front yard landscaping.

It doesn't get any better than this. I wish I could give this contractor a higher grade than "A", as they exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The owner, Mark Goulding, promptly returned our initial phone call, showed up to take measurements for an estimate, which he delivered when he said he would. He gave us a start date and called to say they could start a day early. He followed up when he said he would, kept in touch as the job progressed, and sat down with us when the job was over to see if everything was done as expected and to our liking. Mark was on the job working every day and even worked one day in the rain. His "team" was polite, quiet and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day.

He helped us select our pavers and stone for the pillars, seating wall and steps. He also guided us with landscape lighting and recommended patterns and accents to complement the design of our patio. He was good at communicating with us throughout the project. This project was large and I felt that Mark and his crew took the time to make sure it was right. They paid a lot of attention to detail. They arrived at the same time every day and cleaned up the site every evening before going home. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work that Superior Landscaping did!!

Great overall experience. Mark was easy to reach and always responded promptly to voicemail. His estimate was fair and accurate. We had to reschedule the start date due to heavy rains and Mark communicated this to us immediately and he was able to postpone our start date by only one day. He and his associate were very prompt and pleasant and the job was completed even earlier than I'd expected. They left the site very clean (used a blower to remove excess dirt from driveway, etc.). I would definitely hire Mark and his crew for future projects.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY JOB AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE AND EXPECT THE WORK TO BE DONE WHEN PROMISED, SUPERIOR IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS, WHICH WERE HIGH. MARK, THE OWNER, PERSONALLY HANDLED EVERY ASPECT FROM INITIAL CONTACT THROUGH FOLLOWUP AFTER THE WORK TO TRANSFORM OUR BACKYARD WAS COMPLETED. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, QUALITY OF MATERIALS, AND CONCERN THAT EVERYTHING BE PERFECT WERE IMPRESSIVE.
