Wayne and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, for they knew I was on a time schedule to get moved into my new home. I requested some extra painting that was not included in my quote, but Wayne did the extra painting for me at no charge. He also does commercial painting at a shopping center which my husband manages and he has never let us down. He has cleaned my vinyl siding and it looks like new. I have recently recommended his to one of my friends who needs her steel siding cleaned and an aluminum storm door painted.
Wayne Reardon and his crew showed up on time. I just had new windows installed and I requested that he use a mild cleaner that wouldn't streak the windows. Wayne and his crew hand scrubbed my awnings and gutters and power washed the house. I was afraid to come out for fear that the siding would not have come clean. Was I ever surprised when I went outside to check out the siding and it looked like new! The dirt was gone as were the orange spots. The siding even had a shine, for all the oxidation had been removed.
I highly recommend Reardon's Aluminum Siding Inc. for the cleaning of both vinyl as well as aluminum siding. He goes the extra mile!
I also had another project for him this year. It was to paint/stain my new beautiful fence. I didn't give him the job because my great-nephew wanted some extra money and I was cohersed into it. He also painted my garage. On that project I also felt his price was a little too high (mostly because my nephew did it for half the price). I'm sure Mr. Reardon would have done a better job. You can't go wrong with hiring Mr. Reardon. He is punctual and very professional.
