Lawn Tool Repair
Details:
oleo Ave and purchased the mower. 4:00 pm on September 8, I went to the owners home on Toledo Ave and purchased the mower.
I had forgotten my check book, so I went to a bank near by and withdrew $100 from the ATM. I have the receipt for the cash. I never used that branch before, so legally it will be obvious the withdrawal was for the purchase.
4:15 - Returned to his home, gave Diarr the cash and he loaded the mower into my car. I inquired about warranties and he stated
he would back up the mechanical soundness of his products.
6:30 - Began to mow my lawn with the mower. I went 100 feet and the left front wheel fell off.
7:30 - Called Diarr and left a message on his recorder that I wanted to return the mower and get a refund. He never returned the call.
9-9-14 Made three more calls. Left messages. No response
9-10-14 Two more calls. No response
