About us

Pallens Auto Concepts is a small family-owned business that was founded in 2004. We perform automotive service repair and maintenance for the Lorain County area. We service all makes and models. We accept all credit cards. For local customers we offer shuttle service. We are a AAA approved repair shop offering discounts and extra value for AAA members. We are ASE certified and have all the equipment necessary to repair vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
