Nickoloff Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Went very well. I would not hesitate to hire Nickoloff Plumbing again. He IS as advertised and a heck of a nice guy! He is a man with true integrity in a world where there isn't too much of that around.

He would explain what I could do to help myself. He'll send one of his workers over who are good as well. I have absolutely no complaints with this guy. He'll come back at no charge as well if something needs to be reinstalled. He'd even tell you what time he's coming over and call when he's on his way as well as calling if he's running a few minutes late. If anyone wants to call me, feel free - 440-821-8752.

Nickoloff Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is outstanding. We have used them twice now for 2 different properties (1 rental and 1 renovation) and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed along with the pricing for said work. Tim is a friendly, professional owner and his workers are excellent-- James has been the lead on both of our jobs and is great to deal with. I called Nick on a Sunday morning. He picked up and we spoke. He doesn't service my area and was very apologetic. Seemed to genuinely value his customers and enjoy his work.

They called ahead and showed up on time.  They removed the old toilets, which wasn't easy and installed the new toilets. 
They cleaned up and put the old toilets and boxes on the curb. This job took almost 2 hours and they were sweating. 
I have used this plumbing contractor in the past and I have been nothing but satisfied with their work and their prices. 
They explain the job description to you in full and give you an estimate before coming out.  I always feel job well done when they leave my home!

I have used Nickeloff plumbing several times. He is very responsive and guarantees his work. He is very professional and I highly recommend him.

Spoke with Tim Nickoloff mid-day Monday to set up service.  Tuesday morning, James arrived on time at 9:15am.  Evaluated the job and discussed what he was going to do.  He started right away with shutting off the main water supply and then began removing the old valves.  He was working in a tight space between studs and the drain pipe - I had previously removed the drywall to expose the hot and cold supply lines.  He had all the tools and fittings necessary ( I provided the new valves - my choice).  James assembled the new valves and joint connections for the supply lines.  He took precautions to protect surrounding drywall, studs, and PVC drain from the flame of the torch used to soldier all the joints.  He turned on the main supply, checked for leaks - none, of course.  Then tested the new valves by connecting a hose and opening the valves.  Cleaned up, figured the bill in his truck.  Returned with an itemized bill (cash or check).  Paid him and he was pulling away at 10:20am.

It went pretty well. They did a great job.

My daughter recommended Tim because he did work for her.
Called him on a weekend and he was at my house the following
Monday afternoon.  Replaced my water heater in about 2 hours!
Professional work and very reasonable pricing.

He is awesome, we like him. He has done work for us for 6-8 years. He is kind and he is always there when you need him. He is honest and a good working guy. We recommend him. We feel that he is fair in price though we have never used another provider.

They are very reasonable and very good people. They give a senior citizen discount. His ethic is excellent. He had 3 jobs going on the day I called him and he left one of them to come over here and take care of the problem. He was here within half an hour. I will absolutely continue to use him.

We have several accountings of the wonderful service Nickoloff provides. Our last date of service was to fix a broken valve on a second floor unit that caused a tremendous amount of water to leak into the first floor unit. The valve was in a difficult area, but Nickoloff and his crew corrected the issue with no problem. They are always on time, professional, and very informative. Nickoloff is my go-to plumber. Won't go to anyone else!

I first called Roto Rooter since they installed the water heater I had 8 years ago but they were backed up for three days. My son -in- law gave me Tim's card and said he came highly reccommened. I called and got and answering machine but less than five minuts later he personally returned my call. We discussed my concern and he was able to come out the next day. Tim quoted me a price that was very reasonable. He told me I could call around if I wanted to make sure this is what I wanted. I felt comfortable with him and the price especially since I paid over $700 last time for the same tank. Tim arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner.I will be using Tim for all my plumbing needs.

Great experience and will continue to use Tim for all my plumbing and drain cleaning needs. Not only did he answer the phone when I called but also set up an exact time to look at the problem.
